I never go to Krystal but decided to try it the other day. I was so pleased with my experience here at the drive thru. The lady at the window was super nice and the food was delicious and hot and everything tasted great except the fries. The fries sucked and had freezer taste. The hush puppies, wings, and donut balls are amazing though!
My family greatly enjoyed Jennifer taking our order! The service was friendly, personable, & quick. Our food hot, fresh, & tasty!
We had a refreshing visit & we look forward to stopping by again!
Sign on door says drive thru only, due to staffing issues. However, gentleman came to the door (I assume to be the manager, but might’ve been the owner) inviting my family inside for lunch. We’d been traveling for 6 hours straight and needed a restroom and a quick meal… OUTSTANDING is what we got! Great service, Great food and I’ll say this was the CLEANEST Krystal’s we’ve ever set foot in! Inside and Out! I’m sorry for the staffing issues. I’m in retail myself so I can relate. So glad to see that it doesn’t affect your operating standards. A+ today! Thank you!

As a truck driver that no longer lives in the Krystal footprint I am glad that there are at least have a few locations within walking distance from truck parking. That grey goo that you only get with a Krystal's burger is one of my favorite things. This particular location gets 5 stars due to the above and beyond customer service that I received while visiting today. The lobby was closed due to staffing issues (understandable in these times) but the ladies were kind enough to allow me to order at the drive-thru window. You can't exactly take a semi through drive thru. They took my order in a way that did not put either of us in danger. I reckon it also helps that I know exactly what I want before even arriving so I was only at the window maybe 30 seconds. Then they brought me my food to the door as if I was a car that had been pulled up, keeping out of harms way from cars in the drive-thu.
I feel I must clarify for anyone reading my review, the grey goo of which I speak of is not something that comes from any additives in their burgers. It is an all natural product that comes from the way they cook the burgers. That is also the #1 reason they are so much better than White Castle in my opinion.

We dropped in for a 24pk plus some to go, closest Krystals to Greenville.
It wasn't the fastest, but we ordered a ton at 2:45pm on a Sat.
Everything was hot, everything was right!
They had a line around the building, and they were friendly and upbeat.
