After living in Bend for over 30 years, finally we got to try this restaurant out. It was an incredible night with dear friends! We closed the place down and the staff refrained from kicking us out when we realized it was almost 9:30. Thank you Ben, our wonderful food server. The food was delicious and reasonable and the staff friendly. We will drive from Bend again to dine and this wonderful restaurant. I was more than happy to have dinner there and my family felt the same. Now we have a new Italian place to enjoy. I am pretty sure the owner was in there helping out; he was funny and helpful to his staff. A wonderful night.
First of all the waiter was wonderful. Went last Sunday night. The food was amazing and the garlic bread delicious. But.. the warm choclate cake for desert was heavenly.
Came in for a late lunch. Wonderful waitress. I wanted to adopt her as my momma, she was that fantastic! Food was amazing. By far the best dinning in Madras! (Mi Casa is runner up) Highly recommend. Kid friendly.

Excellent food and the waitress was delightful! We both had something different and were very pleased. The tiramisu is to die for!
Waiter was friendly, and food had great flavor. Surf and turf for my husband, and I had a calzone. Garlic bread was wonderful as well. We will be going back when passing thru again.

I have been meaning to stop and eat at Geno's Italian Grill for some months now. I finally did yesterday with a couple of friends and it was excellent. I'm sorry Charlie you had a bad experience because I had the finest service. When I asked for little extras I received them with a smile. We all enjoyed our food which was excellent also.

Delicious food, fair prices, friendly and efficient waitstaff. We were greeted with a basket of garlic bread (more than enough for our party of four) sprinkled with herbs, to accompany our bar order. We followed up with steamer clams in a garlicky broth. Good quantity, great taste, and perfect for dipping the bread into. Our main dish was the chicken stromboli. Pleasant crust and good filling, although I'd like some piquancy or red pepper flakes to make it sing. Even though we were already full, we split the tiramisu and were glad we did. The ladyfingers had absorbed just enough liquid to be soft, yet not mushy. The filling was well done, although letting the dessert sit out for ten minutes before serving would have been a nice improvement, giving the custard a bit more softness as far as mouthfeel.
If you're looking for generic, chain-restaurant service (ala Black Bear Diner) this probably isn't your place. It's actually a bit upscale compared to what we've experienced previously in Madras. But for that reason alone it will be our stop on our way through.
Wow 1st time there and we are definitely going back there.great service and awesome food. everything was delicious.
Have been here twice in the past month, first time was just a pizza. Not traditional crust, but it was good. Second time was lunch, the have a great selection to choose from and reasonable prices. Lunch waitress was fantastic, very personable, and friendly. She was right there to refill our glasses before we even finished the first one. Highly recommend and we will be back, and will recommend.

Ceasars salad dressing was weak and tasteless. Salad appeared to be pre prepared and not covered well. It had that taste. Alfredo sauce was very good, noodles cooked perfectly.
$9 for a piece of cake that was 3 inches tall and an inch wide was a bit much.
Great atmosphere, great service.
A nice respite from the over crowded tasteless fare offered across Redmond. I will be back next trip.

I stopped by at Geno's Italian Grill with my family when we were travelling through Redmond OR. We were looking for a nice restaurant with delicious meals, - and although the location was a bit far from our route and from downtown, - but the reviews here convinced us to give this place a try. Altogether we had a great time, and I can recommend Geno's for a try!
About our experience: It was pretty easy to find Geno's. The staff was super friendly, although a bit slow for our liking -- our meals came pretty slow and we ended up spending there like two hours. The meals were awesome, we liked them a lot: their specialty soup is truly special (I personally didn't like it), the halibut fish-n-chis is one of the bests we've had, their stake is good but a bit pricey, and the pear chicken salad was good as well. The prices of the meals are fine: slightly on the expensive end, but not too bad.
My husband took me to dinner at Geno's as part of my Christmas present. We will be back again and again and again. It was one of the best dinners I have ever had. They obviously have a highly qualified chef!! The atmosphere was pleasant and the service excellent. And all this at a very reasonable price. Try it, you won't be sorry!!
The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. A bonus for my husband is there were a couple of TVs showing the World Series. We were seated immediately. The wine was reasonably priced and nice. The food arrived timely and was very good. The portions were fairly large.
There are many things I really like about Geno's. First, the staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about their menu. Second, the menu is good along with the food, with generous portions. I have a variety of personal favorites that are consistent and consistently wonderful! Third, the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable.
Wishing the bread was more Italian in the shape of the rolls the prior chef at this building made, however I can't speak highly enough about the epic service, the food selection and kindness of the owners Geno and Debbie. They were working just as hard as everybody else to make sure all the customers were well taken care of. As for the food we ordered, the Seafood Canalloni is an absolute 5 star as was the Tuscan Salmon and creamy mash potatoes. There was no skimping in the seafood as most restaurants do. Perfect sized portions for the price as well as lower wine cost. PS...I could have just had bread and the sauce of my plate it was so good.
The waitress was very helpful and friendly, and we got our food very fast. We had the shrimp fettuccini with broccoli and lemon shrimp with linguini. The shrimp was a little over cooked but did not really take away from how delicious and filling the dishes were. Highly recommend!
I ordered their barbecue chicken pizza to go and it was phenomenal. They put the cheese on the top which is genius because none of the toppings fall off while you eat it. The only thing that could make it better is if the crust wasn’t so bland.
We came in for dinner, waited in the front area for 10+mins before anyone came out. A lady waiting for something, told us she had to walk back in the kitchen to get anyone to help her. Once we were seated, service was good, a little slow, but so worth it. The food was so good!! The steamer clams are fantastic. I had the shrimp & scallop lemon linguine... it was delicious!! Would have gave 5 stars, but with a slow start, I had to give 4.
This place is very comfortable. They have great service, delicious food and very pleasant atmosphere. Great date restaurant. Just an FYI their Italian sausage and shrimp linguine is the Best!! Oh soo good. And for dessert try their homemade tiramisu. To die for.
They were pretty busy when we went in on a Sunday evening. Tanner was our server and he went above and beyond. Very attentive, even with so many tables. The cooks also know their way around the kitchen. Everything tasted so much better than we expected.
