Pizza was good, cecee on the phone was pleasant. Was surprised they used Doordash to deliver the pizza.
This is the best Pizza Hut. My order always looks exactly as expected. When I pick up, people are nice. When I get delivery, it is fast and the delivery drivers are friendly. It is close to home. They have a few parking spots right up front, I've never had a problem parking. They do a great job.
My pizza was hot, fresh and ready in 10 minutes, though they had 3 other orders in. Customer service was nice, smiling and friendly. I typically only get pizza hut as a self treat and it was 100% that. A delicious treat.

I have bought pizza here at least ten times in the past year, and my experience has been exceptional almost every time. They only forgot one topping one time, but they promptly took care of it when brought to their attention, and we're very respectful and helpful. They offer a good product at a great price. No complaints :)
The new manager and crew is a force to be reckoned with. I haven't had the best luck with this pizza hut in the past, but they really turned things around. Hands down the best food I've ever gotten from a Pizza hut anywhere.
The Store manager is amazing, multitasking cleaning, helping with orders, and treating both his employees and customers with respect which is really hard to find in a worker during the most stressful time of being a food industry worker. Give the man and his employees a bonus. Food was absolutely top notch and delicious!
Flynn was great at the madras Pizza Hut felt like talking with a old friend , Accidentally put sauce on my wings but remade them and put the sauce on the side so I highly appreciate that the pizza was good and so are the wings
I ordered a custom pizza for a great deal online. The pizza was much better than I expected. The veggies were fresh and extra sauce as I requested. The delivery of my order was right on time as promised, and hot! I am pleasantly surprised at how good this pizza is.
After 12 hours driving we stopped for the night in Madras and had the absolute perfect end to our day! The pizza was good and the order was perfect, but the staff was Like a gift from heaven. They were upbeat and kind and so funny! Cody our delivery driver was Bomb and he also took our order. Chadell, his coworker was just as amazing. By the end of our phone call we had nick named her Chuckle Buckets! What fun they were and what a perfect way to end our long day! Thank you!!!!!!
They were out of bone in wings and called to let me know and gave me other options to satisfy the order. The pizza arrived in a timely manner. It was hot and cooked all the way through!
My order shown up on the exact time that was said and the food was still hot had to let it cool down witch never happens anywhere else. Loved it .
