We didn’t eat here this time, we took drinks to go after we pulled in with our camper to use the restrooms. They have long designated spots for trailers to pull in. Super clean, with a fantastic greeter and customer service.
Please stop letting DoorDash or’s or pick up orders stand right in front of the mobile delivery spot. They are not the only online orders and you guys do not ever announce your orders so it’s very hard to know when an order is there and someone has been standing there for 15 minutes, particularly the old lady with a lovely accent in a rude attitude.
McDonald's has been convenient, permitted their lobby is open.
We showed up at 5 AM, 5:01 to be exact, we were in the drive-through, I had to get out of my car to go knock on the door to see if they were open, nobody answered when I was knocking on the glass door although I knew people were in there as I saw a People showing up for their shift earlier, so I got back in my vehicle, the vehicle in the right hand drive-through drove up to the window, it was, then we got assistance after sitting there for over five minutes, I tried calling, and nobody answered, although our food was done quickly and the hashbrowns were hot, it was frustrating, not being able to contact their employees.
I believe that the McDonald's in Madras Oregon needs to train their what's it called now they're server's better than what they do and make them realize that also making the customer will appreciate them more personalized service
Soda cups are available for anyone to handle. Would like to have had only the employee have access to cups.
McDonald's can be a fairly good place to get something to eat in a time crunch if you order the right things. The fish fillet if you take the sauce off of it is actually a wild caught Alaskan fish. The oatmeal without the raisins is fairly good as well and if you order a egg and cheese muffin they're not too horribly terrible for you. The atmosphere is of course a McDonald's that the service is generally very very good. The food tastes good and they deliver it quickly.
We always run to McDonald's for their chicken nuggets which have improved, they're soft drinks and their coffees. And I love their French fries. This service is always pretty good and fast. I like the breakfast biscuits and eggs also!
It's a McDonald's. You know what it is. As far as this one goes, it has above average cleanliness, drive-through speed, and order accuracy. The staff is also very nice.
Honestly, given just how disgusting and creepy McDs can be, this one feels like a 5-star resort in comparison.
They make the BEST caramel frappes. Very pleasant workers!
The best part about Mcd's is you always know what you're going to get. Mediocre food with decent service usually. Really the only consistent fast food in Madras.
The workers here are so nice . We love them. They treat my family so good . My friend and I go to let our girls play while we enjoy our adulting time. Always quick and smiling.
