Lily’s chorizo breakfast burrito was a formative part of my younger years, and I’m stoked to find that the quality has not slipped. Like everything, prices are up but the staff are kind and the burritos fire.
Lots of outdoor seating even though the restaurant itself is currently remodeling
Lily's in Malibu exceeded our expectations with their delectable breakfast burritos. We decided to take them to the beach for an unforgettable morning by the waves. The moment we unwrapped the burritos, the tantalizing aroma made our mouths water. Each bite was a flavor explosion, filled with perfectly seasoned ingredients and a harmonious blend of textures. The portions were generous, leaving us satisfied and fueled for a day of beach activities. The convenience of their carry-out service was impeccable, with the burritos packaged securely for transport. As we devoured our breakfast, the scenic beauty of the beach heightened our dining experience. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect way to start our day. Lily's in Malibu truly knows how to create exceptional breakfast burritos that are made even more enjoyable when savored by the ocean.
Serious flavor with great service. The breakfast burrito was stuff and incredibly full of flavor. Nice options and atmosphere.
I heard about this place mentioned on the news as having the best breakfast burrito in LA and decided to check it out. I was not disappointed. Firstly while the burritos are expense the size and flavor more than makes up for it. It can easily be split with another person. The taste was incredible, all the flavors are distinguishable and very fresh. The side sauce is pretty spicy, but that's how I like prefer it. The staff was very friendly. I will def make my way here again.
We stopped by Lilys around 10:30AM on a Saturday after hiking Escondido Falls. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and my friend ordered an Al pastor lunch burrito. We were told it would be a 35 minute wait.
The burritos were packed but the breakfast burrito lacked on the bacon and some bites were just pure refried beans. Mostly eggs, cheese, and beans. The sauce was pretty good though! 3/5
The Al pastor was better in my opinion- it was a lunch burrito so it had rice instead of eggs. The top part of the burrito was mostly the refried beans so had to eat through that first to get to the meat. But the meat was pretty flavorful and great paired with the sauce. 4/5
Parking is pretty spacious lot since it’s in a plaza. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
I got the Machaca burrito, it's way too much.
I usually never have a hard time to finish anything.
BUT IT WAS GOOOOooooooD!
Can't say it any other way, I would recommend it to anyone going to Malibu and I will go whenever I'm close and hungry, might order a simpler bacon breakfast burrito next time.
Be ready to wait 15-30 minutes, doesn't look very busy but a lot of orders to go are made here!
This place was so cute! Went here after a long hike and was the perfect meal! The chicken breakfast burrito were amazing, especially with the spicy sauce! My friends got the chicken flautas and they loved it!!! Can’t wait to come back and try new things!! The aesthetics were so cute too!!
I actually had the medium asada burrito. The secret is to ask for the meat “crispy/well done” it totally changes the flavor! Be prepared and phone in your order or you’ll be waiting awhile. Well worth the wait though, best food in north Malibu!
Wow, this is a true religious experience. Growing up in SoCal, I know my breakfast burritos, or at least I though I knew them. But then, I had the Loco breakfast burrito and my life will never be the same. MUST GO!
Perfect place to go if you are looking to eat something and continue with your journey. The food was really good. We asked for a veggie burger with fries, some tacos and a burrito. The veggie burger was light and the dressing was very good. Also the vegetables of the burger were very fresh.
The owner was vey kind and helped us to decide what was better for us to order.
I come here for my favorite bean and cheese burrito and there’s something about Lily’s beans which I’ve been told are vegetarian and no other’s compare. My husband loves the carne asada burrito and says there’s a lot of asada in it and flavorful. Best salsa but spicy!🌶️
Delicious burrito, the Salsa is spicy but very addictive
So I came here with my fiancee, cousin, and little sister and have to say that this place is great!! The burritos are huge and massive. Pricey, but worth your buck. They allow a lot of substitutions for your meals. WAS GREAT 10/10. Also, the salsa was so spicy so if you aren't into spicy PLS DONT GET IT .. I am 1/2 Mexican and Guatemalan. So this place met all the right corners of my cravings. 100000/10. staff is great y muy amable con los clientes!
Carne asada burritos were bomb! Guacamole was fresh and flavorful.
