Usually have decent experience but sometimes the food I feel could be hotter I shop at this location most often because it’s closest to my house and my kids love HAPPY DONALDS
Awesome staff!!! The ladies who work the drive-thru are amazing, one lady with ear guages is always friendly and helpful ❤

This McDonald's in Malone NY is always very clean and efficient. No matter when I have stopped in, the staff is polite and know their jobs. The restroom was spotless. They had just washed the floors and the soap dispenser was full. The stalls were very clean. I only got a coffee to go, but it was got and fresh. The drive thru was moving at a very fast pace, with both lanes moving right along.
The only downside is trying to get out and back into traffic. Route 11 eastbound turning left takes patience. Otherwise kudos for the clean, quick efficient visit.
