This is hands down the very BEST Starbucks on the planet. I have been a regular since opening day. What makes this the BEST Starbucks is quite simply the people who work here. They are amazing and I have gotten to know each one of them over the years and seeing them each morning is a bright spot in my day. Being a regular at this Starbucks is a real treat because they will treat you like a celebrity. I am greeted by first name every single morning by at least one, if not 2 or 3 people as soon as I walk through the door. And if I choose the drive though, I know the line will move fast even when it is long. Unlike other Starbucks, I never have to worry about who is on bar because literally every single person who works here consistently makes awesome drinks! I switch my drinks up a lot and they still manage to stay on top of what I'm drinking and all my little quirky preferences like whole milk, no whip on iced drinks etc...
One thing I have noticed about this location in particular is that it gets a lot of non regulars and people passing through since it is so close to two main roads. Often these customers tend to be rude, impatient and in a big hurry to get nowhere. Sadly, I have seen the staff at this location be on the receiving end of some very unreasonable and incredibly rude customer interactions and they always respond with grace and professionalism so all the negative reviews on here just do not add up to someone who frequents this location daily and has seen what is really going on. If you happen to be passing through and stop at this Starbucks, please be kind, these are my peeps, I would vouch for them any day and they will take good care of you!
One of the best stores in the area! They have the sweetest and most amazing staff with great service. I've been coming here for ages and this Starbucks location has always been so accommodating and patient with my orders.
This location gets really busy in the mornings. My drink is a little complicated but they take the time to get it right, every time. Always worth the wait. Thank you, Carolina & Team !!!

Great location and finally a Starbucks with a drive thru in the neighborhood! So convenient on my way to work. Great service and my drinks always made to just how I like it. So glad they moved across the street to a nicer, bigger, and more modern convenient location. Gotta love SB!
If you don't know the barristas, your nothing, no greetings, no thank you, nothing. Store is often dirty.
Couldn’t care less bout the coffee, this place probably my has the most attractive staff of any Starbucks in the region. Hottest guy is probably Caleb, I try and go in when I think he’s working to specifically see him. I wish they had a shout-out board like the old location so I could slip him my number. He’s the person I want to see the most working. Lucas and Rafi are pretty good looking too. Theirs also so many attractive women who work there, the cutest is probably Tatiana, but that girl who wear the Banda is a close second (I think her name is Natalie or something). Kelly and the redhead girl are also up there. Even if the coffee suck at least you can stop and appreciate the workers.
A nice and cozy café. The staff are very friendly and they have nice outdoor seatings. The only downside, to me, is that I have asked for blonde roast at least twice but was told they don't brew it at this location. Perhaps because it's smaller café and/or not many customers ask for blonde roast. Other than that, it's a good location.
These three barista's are friendly, they greet everyone who comes in, and even let you know the status of your order when its really busy. They always make sure my order just right.
I love that the new Starbucks on Hoadly has a drive-through. My latte, that I get, they do it to perfection. The problem that I see is sometimes I get drinks/food for other people and apparently the register at the window can’t do a receipt so they have to take time to go over to the other side of the store and I always feel bad that it’s taking time. I would think it is an easy fix??
My favorite Starbucks! The guys here are super friendly, they greet you by name and with a smile Chris ...Julie ... and all the guys here make you feel at home.
