Excellent, consistent and fresh. They don't go the extra mile hence the stars but hands down great broth Pho.
The fish sandwich is still great here!
We had to wait for our order, so we pulled up to wait in the allotted space. After five minutes our order was delivered. What a disappointment that the "hot" french fries were not hot all the way through. Our sandwiches were hot and delicious. Our schedule did not allow us to drive back to complain so we just brought the fries home with us.
Typical experience for a fast food place. Busy during peak hours but I've never had a wrong order and the window people have always been very friendly. Sometimes the inside is a bit crowded when they are busy as well. The updated look has brought this location current in style.
They are very accommodating to their customers. Very pleasant people. Only complaint I have is that, sometimes whoever is putting sandwiches together, don't look at the order good and they screw it up. I asked for 2 filet o fish, both of them PLAIN, NO CHEESE, NO TARTAR SAUCE. When I got home and was getting ready to eat, both of them had CHEESE AND TARTAR SAUCE. I called the restaurant and told them, and I was asked to bring them back and they would remake them at no charge. All the worker's are really nice and polite. They always smile and they are always very pleasant.
Quick fast service. Friendly, courteous. Pretty gal with a very nice smile at the Drive through. I'm always on the go. So it's nice to see people that brighten up your day. On those drab cold mornings.
Good food service is getting better understanding the area you live in and showing your gratitude towards the customer is always a plus.
You always get your money’s worth. It’s not fancy but you can be sure it can fill an empty stomach. I know most people’s attitudes about McDonald’s or fast food in particular, but I have no problem with it as long as it’s not all you eat.
