Fantastic staff, service and quality. The biggest complaints are the incredibly small menu and the extremely high prices. Nevertheless, I still recommended this place, especially if you like a cozy atmosphere and want to try something different or new. Oh yeah, they don't offer any type of discounts like military, senior citizens, or crazy aliens from Venus or Mars.
Ate dinner here again. All I can say is WOW! Make time to have a meal here. The salmon is the best I've had. Period. The duck was incredible. Cocktails are as good as the food! This is truly a restaurant that should be visited! The owner Caleb is wonderful!
If you enjoy a high-quality, fine dining experience without all the pretentiousness, this is the place. The food is better than advertised. You think, "oh yeah, I love some risotto and shrimp. I think I'll get that" and then your entire world is turned upside down, literally. Every morsel makes you believe you're eating at a Michelin star restaurant on Fifth Ave Manhattan, New York, but it's actually Poyntz Ave Manhattan, Kansas.
Then, you start to remember that you no longer live in the Little Apple and that there is no way in hell you'll be able to replicate a fraction of the flavors you're experiencing, unless you drive 2.5 hours. Which you subsequently do because there is nothing else to do these days besides look at the photos you took while eating here.
Anyways, five stars.
This is some of the best food I have ever had in my life! I know some people can be over exaggerating Karen’s but this is seriously so good! Their salmon risotto is the best risotto my tastes buds have experienced! The drinks are also phenomenal so kudos to the chef and bartender!
This has got to be the best food in Manhattan, Kansas. Everything was perfectly seasoned. The food was flavorful without being drowned out by another. The staff was amazing. So friendly and warm. It has been years since I have had such an amazing experience that I said wow. Even my wife was saying Wow at how amazing this place is. If you haven't made it in make it a point to make it in.
fiVe was such a great experience! The atmosphere, staff, cocktails and food were amazing! The Manager let us know they were short staffed, but kept us entertained and informed of our food status the whole time. (And it didn’t take long to receive our food!) We will definitely be back!
Literally the best food in Manhattan. If you’re looking for a good restaurant in Manhattan, I definitely recommend five! They’re drinks are strong and their food is spectacular! I haven’t had a bad meal here!
Really impressed with our food. Great service. Love the new sidewalk patios. They look temporary. I hope they end up staying. Sorry did snap photos of the food but Campus Oak wine was nice
