This is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered from. I order off DoorDash and they never mess my order up. I’ve even gone through the drive thru during dinner hours and still no mistakes. The crew is friendly and polite. And they make the food to perfection. Shout out to this location for always satisfying my kids hunger. And reading the special instructions for their food! Thank you McDonald’s!
Really slow during their busy times. I feel like I’ve been to other locations that handle peak hours better. However, the workers were nice and our order was correct. We would go back if we were in the area again.
Drive thru went very smooth. Food was hot and fries crispy. When it's busy, the wait can be a bit longer. I don't like having to ask for a drink carrier for more than 2 drinks and I'm the only person in vehicle.
I'm a firm believer that in the fast food service industry the employees only care if the manager cares..I've come across some miserable establishments......but this McDonald's had it going on for sure..happy pleasant employees amd who took my money with a big smile...the manager amd it all came together...if u show u care...they will care...great job on a positive attitude...makes all the difference...thanks
I visited on May 13, 2023 @ lunch hour and had an optimal experience. My order was taken swiftly, everyone was very polite and food was some of the best McD’s food I’ve ever had (and unfortunately I get it a lot). There’s one store in entire state of Delaware that I love (Hare’s corner on 13s), and this visit in Manheim put that store to shame.
Very clean and classy McDonald's. Had good food and fast service! Also I like the kiosk's there also👍
I stop at this McDonalds twice a week for breakfast. Typically drive through, occasionally order-in. Every time I go here, the staff is overly pleasant. It's McDonalds food so I know what I'm getting when I go, which means how I'm treated matters. Also my son trained at this location and worked for another and comparing the two, this location has exceptional service. I don't typically wait either... but it's fast food so if you go at lunchtime... it might be busy - don't complain.
The food was nice and hot. The drive thru line was long but moved pretty quickly.
The manager Robert was very helpful and friendly when not knowing what to order. He explained the menu even when the screen was out of order. Wish they would fix that .!
Went to McDonalds today around 12:15. There were a lot of people in line. The staff did an amazing job moving the line so fast. I ordered the Big Mac and it was amazing. GREAT customer service on such a busy day. Thank you
