Must have been a new person in training..everything was wrong with order! No hard feelings, everyone has to learn a new job, but when they give me an attitude after they had to re-do order 3 times, giving me nasty looks..it did start to give me an attitude! They finally got it right, as best as they could..I had no more patients at that point..so my puppy was happy for a hamburger he got..which I did not order, but did pay for. Never had that experience before, hopefully will not have it ever again. It was embarrassing to me..I got over it!
The mobile app is the best if you haven't downloaded it and used it I have earned a lot of free food it's awesome I learned the VIP where instead of waiting in the Drive-Thru punch the curbside button even better
I prefer coming in during the nightshift. I ordered a large fry, 2 6piece nuggets, a mcchicken and drinks. Everything I ordered was perfect! Hot food, cold drinks, and fast too! The Ludington restaurant should take notes! I'm never disappointed when I come later in the day, but morning shift could use some work. Don't get me wrong! The food was hot but way slower compared to the nightshift crew! Thanks! I'll definitely be back again 😀
I went to McDonald's in Manistee last night, it was late around 915 or so. I ordered a Big Mac mean and a 20 pc. I want to say that in the 30 plus yrs I've lived here that was the fastest and BEST service and FOOD I EVER received at McDonalds hands down. The night crew knocked it out of the park. It took maybe and I mean maybe 70 seconds to have my food and gone. That's the way McDonalds was supposed to be back in the day and the night crew last night 8/29/23 deserves 10 stars. My Big Mac was made right, wasn't sloppy or falling apart. It tasted good. Service was super fast. Thank You night crew for killing it, you have renewed my faith and business!!!!!
Place is in a nice spot, it was free fry day and we ordered too much frys (only one free large one per account, so we paid for the other ones) so we ended up having to wait a bit for the other food and frys to come out, the people were nice, but this late at night they definitely seemed tired, but still nice. Food was fresh
I dont like to complain.. but after about a dozen bad experiences ive had enough. Id rather just go to the McDonald's in Ludington after today..
So, i stop there and i Got a coffee... It's the deal of the day for 99cents so you'd think they make it enough to notice a whole pots worth of grounds went into my large coffee cup...Everyti.e I go there I get disappointed with something...Get it together...
Last time it was my McDouble.
Next time it'll be my fry, or no pie, or lose an eye...lol
This is about as average of a McDonald's experience as one could have. Everyone was pleasant however our fries were a bit old. Not the worst tasting I've had from a golden arches these days but certainly inedible and that included a toddler's opinion so that should say something.
Lobby was open very clean employees had a great attitude very fast. the order was spot on and fresh. The ludington hart,and Whitehall stores should take lessons from this one!!

Love your QPs and strawberry smoothies and fries! Mcds has been my fav go to during my pregnancy LOL. Only sad thing today was I didn’t get ranch for my fries and I didn’t check til I was all the way back to work! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚
I'm usually just doing deliveries for an app delivery service but I gotta say that this is the best place that packages it securely and quickly everytime while letting me know where the order is on the screen further providing the great efficiency for my/your timely services.
They've thought of everything for the deliveries or delivery people and I really appreciate how much faster and easier that makes it for us delivery drivers, not mention the polite and professional staff I've interacted with making it an all around pleasant environment!
Ultimately you look forward to picking up orders from this McDonald's each and every time!
