We celebrated our 5 year anniversary and started our day taking my hubby's 92 year old Aunt out for breakfast at Denny's. We were greeted by the hostess & sat right away. Our server, Rhonda, greeted right away and asked what beverage we'd like to start with. I ordered coffee for all 3 of us, as my hubby was still parking the car, since he dropped us off at the front door. There was handicap parking available, but didn't want our Aunt to walk more than she had to. Rhonda was incredible!! She was busy, but made you feel as if you were her only table. That's quite a feat. Our coffees were always filled, which was fantastic, we drink a lot of coffee in the morning. The food was served quickly and everything was delicious! Rhonda even made time for small talk and made us feel like we were welcome. We tipped her in cash and she said it was too much. Who does that? Only someone who genuinely cares about the exceptional service she provides. Of course we insisted & thanked her. On our way out, we asked the hostess to take a picture of the 3 of us and she was happy to. Needless to say, we'll be back!!

What gets a huge 5 stars is the waitress. I wish I'd have gotten her name. We had a death in the family and people were there from Arkansas and Milwaukee. All women. And my aunt who is turning 90 this year. All asking for butter, syrup, this and that. The waitress was sweet and loving and had no idea why we were there from everywhere until just before we left. She was friendly, accommodating, and even told me you have a gluten free English muffin! Smiling and sweet and right on the ball, no waiting. We so appreciated that. The food was good. The service superior.
