I was recommended to come here because it has a lot of vegan options. I called in my order and the girl was helpful with the menu via the phone. I ordered the "chicken" wrap with a side salad.
When I arrived the man behind the counter was so nice. He had my food ready and I seen there were pastries behind the glass. He said they were all vegan and explained a little about them. I ended up getting the vegan thin mint brownie. It looked amazing. The place was uniquely decorated and definitely stood out. Very clean and put togeter.
When I got to the car I started digging in and I really liked the wrap. I will be back.
Yesterday I had the great pleasure of having my first ever visit at Cedar Ridge with my girlfriend and best friend. We were all completely blown away. There were fresh fried donuts that tasted like zeppoles but better (and vegan! I had no idea, only found out after I devoured it).
The option of donuts were either a blueberry basil (pictured) or key lime. The blueberry and basil were a heavenly match and I was surprised as to how amazing it tasted. The lemonade was a perfect pairing for me as it was not too sweet and had just the right amount of tartness to it.
The carrot, zucchini and corn muffin was apparently delicious, my girlfriend was being greedy and didn't want to share. Another visit will be happening soon!
Awesome tofu scramble. I would love to try the impossible burger out next. There vegan menu has such a huge selection. I also believe they are going completely meat free in September of 2018. Excited for this place and glad they are doing this! It's great to have a place serving so much vegan food that is close to home. As for the meals, we got a the tofu scramble in a bowl and in a wrap with the sausage. Tofu scramble has a nice seaosning to eat and the texture is perfect. It's not too wet and not to dry. Recommend this place, I will be back.
The best part about this place is the community. The staff and the responsibility they take for the community by using thier platform to fundraise. They have a great game night and an adventurous menu. Favorite food item is the Ruben and the sweets.
Hidden gem! We went for the mochas, which were amazing. Seeing all the baked goods and savory breakfast dishes, we plan on going back for that next time.
The best banana nut bread I've ever had! The slice was huge and indulgent and delicious, plus they had vegan and vegetarian pastries. It's just takeout and some outdoor seating right now, but it's really cozy and cute. A new favorite :)
EVERYTHING we have ordered is absolutely amazing!! (And we've ordered a lot!)
I’ve been enjoying baked goods from this cafe for years, literally everything is yummy. I’m so grateful to still be able to get takeout right now. Not only is delicious comfort food really necessary, but that little slice of socially distant normalcy is a lifesaver. This is local business at its best. Delicious, friendly and, for when we can enjoy it again for dine in again, cozy. ❤️
