The lavender infused coffee drinks (latte iced or hot) are to die for. A happy place amongst all the sweet and savory treats!!
So excited to have another wonderful option for food, glorious, food in our awesome town. A salted cornbread muffin is my definition of self-care. And the hibiscus lemonade makes me so happy. A great vibe with friendly staff and the warmest of welcomes from the owners! Love you guys!!
A huge shout out to Palmer's for the delicious cake we enjoyed for my daughter's 11th birthday party this past weekend. It was a beautiful and tasty strawberry shortcake - the girls asked for second servings- which they never do! I don't like cloyingly sweet cakes...this was light, fluffy and sublime. Congrats to Kia and her mom for opening such a wonderful spot in downtown Maplewood.
We love Palmer's! Their banana pudding is to die for (as is everything else they make). My children love coming into the cafe, chatting with the friendly staff and enjoying a treat.
I especially love the lavender latte and their quiches! Bonus points for friendly, welcoming staff.

This place ROCKS! Over the course of the last two weeks, I have had the pleasure of tasting the cinnamon/sugar donuts, French macarons, rice krispie treats, banana pudding, cheddar biscuits and everything biscuits (don't judge, I'm pregnant!). Every single thing was amazing! My husband is French, and even he remarked about how spot on those macarons are (its very tough to get a compliment out of this guy!). The donuts are light, and OMG, so good. The biscuits are amazing. So moist, yet flaky and totally delicious. Such a unique variety of offerings. I am so happy this place is in town. I must also add that I am very loyal to another local establishment that serves incredible sweets as well, but Palmers is really its own thing. They have their very own vibe, and are doing something unique and different! A welcomed addition to the Village.

Everything (& I've tried it all!) is delish and the people are so nice too! Definitely grab a bag of the homemade granola too!
Picked up a chedder and pepper biscuit and choc chip scone, heated them up for 20 seconds a few hours later. Wow! Amazing. The scone had a hint of cinnamon and the biscuit was outstanding. The biggest downside was that I told my wife that I'd share with her.

I absolutely love Palmer's. The desserts are absolutely delicious. One I recommend is the chocolate mouse. It's so rich and tasteful! I also love the iced mochas. I had a short conversation with the owner. She attended the CIA...no wonder! She's as sweet as her treats. I look forward to my next visit. :-)

Absolutely love this place, its ownership, and sweets! The drinks are great as are the desserts. My whole home is now a fan of lemon olive oil cake. Wasn’t sure about it from the name but now but it whole and not by the slice. Great spot to eat indoors as well.
Stepped in here on a whim and I'm so, so glad I did. I'll trek to Maplewood just for the salted corn muffin alone. But everything I've tried has been amazing, like the cinnamon rolls and vanilla bean scones. And their quiche is insanely soft and soooo good. On top of it the staff is super nice. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!
Amazing oatmeal cream cookies are among a host of delightful baked goods (love their rice Krispy treats, enjoyed the donut bread pudding and more!). They always seem a bit overwhelmed and hence service is a bit slow, even for advance orders.
My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Palmer’s Sweetery, it was delicious and so well made. The owners were accommodating and even delivered it to our venue. 🏳️🌈
Stopped in because I was craving something sweet and I'm so so glad I did! I got an oatmeal cookie iced latte and a black and white cookie. Both items hit the spot and are probably the best things I've had! I'll definitely be back! Plus it's the cutest place!
The best bakery run by the sweetest people. They made our wedding cake. I mean, look at it! It's the most elegant, perfect thing ever.
I recently discovered this wonderful bakery and I ordered Sunday doughnuts and red velvet cupcakes. They are the BEST doughnuts and cupcakes hands down! I have been to bakeries in Montclair and West Orange and Palmer’s FAR EXCEEDS all of them in taste and quality. If you have not discovered this gem.. do yourself a favor and order online, you will not be disappointed. My new go to bakery for everything!!
Quick and courteous service. The Fall Spice latte was delicious. Anytime I mention Palmer's Sweetery everyone praises their baked goods which I haven't tried yet. Community gem.
