Would be a 5 star except for one minor thing. First this place has a great staff, quick and courteous. Afternoons around 3 pm the kids get out of school and flood it, a lot of them. They take over for 30-60 minutes and loud, sometimes very loud. Trying to have a meeting or concentration on working can be a challenge.
Love this place in the am, I use the app so my order is ready before I get there and I'm off. Great staff!
Great Starbucks location. Staff is always friendly and strive for excellence. Coffee is always on point! Any negative reviews youll see is from the occasional stuck up whiny local, have seen it in person and the staff still do well handling the difficult customers. 5 stars keep up the good work

Starbies is always awesome! Drinks are extremely customizable , food is always good, baristas always friendly and nice! I believe this review is going for the location in Marblehead Massachusetts as I was just vacationing there a few days ago. I usually hit this Starbucks every time I'm in Massachusetts because it's more accessible than the one in Salem. The store is clean, everyone is friendly and Marblehead is gorgeous in general
