As locals, this is the ONLY place to get coffee! Oscar has created a relaxed atmosphere with the very best coffee. The croissants, scones and other small treats are delicious and when he's baking them, the glorious smell pervades your senses. If your visiting the Island and you're a coffee lover, you must stop by to indulge your taste buds!
Wonderful coffee shop we are glad we found while on vacation. Owner is very friendly and enthusiastic about coffee. Had a great conversation about brewing methods. Left with some recommendations to try when I get back home.

Looked up the spot before my trip from Chicago and I am so glad I did. Hands Down, Marco makes the best coffee and pastries. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful customer service.
AMAZING! My new go to coffee stop. The guy behind the counter was so funny & kind. My boyfriend & I will definitely be back soon!! (P.S - the donuts are soo good & have some chocolate inside, yum!!)

They’ve clearly taken great care in selecting high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference from the big chain coffee places - it’s insane.
The banana bread was insane (and gluten free if you’re into that) and we all were super impressed by the lattes. Rare to find unsweetened almond milk!
We’ll definitely be back!
Stopped at Wake Up Marco a few times on our trip. Great local coffee spot with tasty espresso and really good cold brews. The owner is super pleasant and makes the stops worthwhile. He even let us in to get coffee 15 minutes after he was supposed to have closed!

Family Vacation in Marco Island. Stopped at this shop 3 times the owner was super friendly, the coffee was great and the store well kept. He charged us a fraction of the price one of those times just because. He said it was his pleasure! He knows how to get people to come back! His friendliness made up for all of the rude people we met that week at Marco Island. Thanks a bunch! Definitely recommend it!
We found this great coffee shop on Marco Island that makes a unique latte - latte with a character! Oscar is a great host and we had a nice conversation with him while sipping our coffee. Great outdoor sitting area also. Enjoyed the latte art - sign of barista’s professionalism!
