Even if the line is long, I have had great experiences when placing my food order. The cooks are so attentive to the orders that I’m amazed beyond explanation! Cam is by far the most amazing CSR and cook I’ve even encountered! Cam is accurate with every food order I’ve ever put in at Copper Cactus ! Because of my food allergies , I rarely eat out, however this young man makes me feel extremely special as he caters to my health needs and remembers me every time I order. Copper Cacutus @ HARRAH’S Akchin needs to give him an employee of the months award and a raise for excellence in service and perfection in performance (cooking ). I was surprised with the bad review. Because for me this is the best thing at this casino. Amazing food! Staff friendly. The casino in the Oder hand terrible.
