My wife and I go there whenever we can on a date night. Everytime we have been there the service was always good the Margaritas awesome and good food. I would recommend it to any that loves good Mexican food

I have been to Tampico twice. Every few years, an old friend and I meet up in Marietta to hang out with our kids because it's in the middle. She's from Raleigh and I'm from the Detroit area. Each time, we've come with small children. This past time we added to our little reunion and were 4 adults and 8 kids deep. They accommodated us with no problem. The service was excellent--very friendly! The food was wonderful. The guacamole was delicious and the shrimp quesadilla was also very good. The kid's meals were very generous as well. I truly cannot recommend this place enough; I wish I lived closer so I could go to it more often!

On a lark, we booked a weekend in Marietta. I'll admit it: I was sceptical. Not now. Tampico was an unexpected treat. Super nice staff (shout out to Liliana), great drinks, and plenty of choice on the menu. And yes, super keto friendly! Fish tacos and the Santa Fe Special (steak and chicken fajita-style without the waste-widening flour tortillas) were terrific. Great ambiance and nice patio. Come visit Marietta, ride a sternwheeler on the Ohio river, check out the live music and theater (I know, right??) and spend a few hours at Tampico!
The pitchers of Margaretta s are exceptional. Food is excellent as is the service. We ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere very much.
This is one of our favorite places to go when we visit family near there. The food is always hot and delicious. I judge a Mexican restaurant heavily by its cheese dip and salsa, and both of those are excellent here!
We had not been back to Marietta since covid hit, and we headed right to Tampico, which we have been enjoying for about 20 years. Still a great experience. Friendly, quick service and great food in a colorful comfortable setting.

Very good food, though don't expect a lot of the delicious 😋 items 🤤. Nice service and also good cocktails and drinks.
I would just recommend to make the sangria more stronger.
