Reviews looked good so gave it a try. Now that I know, reservations recommended. It fills up and gets busy. Regardless got seated fairly quickly on a Friday night. Got the Chesapeake Haddock special. Huge portion topped with crab meat. Very good and flakey. Got the crab fries for an app. Plenty of crab meat and was great. Overall it was filling and worth the price. Service was great and everyone was nice. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.
Kitzies Spring Mills is awesome! The restaurant is clean has a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly & attentive. The menu has something for everyone's taste buds. It's best to make reservations as the restaurant is very popular. Miss Ruby makes the best crab cakes ever. Full of lump crab meat & hardly any filler. So yummy. Stop by and give them a try
I always say "never get a crab cake outside of the state of Maryland ". But I was wrong! Kitzie's has a delicious crab cake with no filler, just crab meat. Seasoned just right. I also got the cream of crab soup, which was very tasty.
My first time here but won't be my last!
They're is a location in spring mills and one in martinsburg rock cliff drive.
The building in martinsburg is dark colored and would not jump out at you.

My only complaint, from the, probably 8 times I've been between the 2 locations is, the lack of personality from the staff.
Very monotone. No smile or friendly personality.
They are experienced but I would like them to stop and look at me. Wait a moment and make sure contact when they ask, "would you like anything else"
Oh, and desserts. They usually have a nice selection of desserts, but I've never had room.
Nice place for a small group lunch or dinner, special occasion, or a great burger and a beer.
Oh wow! As expected by the photos I saw online before coming in, AMAZING crab cakes and fries. It was beyond delicious. It was exactly how I expected. I will definitely be back!
I was treated to Kitzie's by a family member. There was a gorgeous flower display outside.
The interior was lovely as well.. We were seated immediately & our waitress was extremely sweet & attentive. Our order was accurate & my seafood sampler was scrumptious & cooked to perfection! Very impressed by this establishment.
Reserved a table for 7 at 5:00 PM on Feb. 25, 2022, to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. The waitress was very attentive and our food arrived at appropriate times. The food there is so delicious and the crab cakes are full of crab meat. We will definitely be going there again.
Stopped in Kitzie's because it was recommended by the Quality Inn down the street we were staying at & I'm glad they did. I had the surf and turf and let me tell you the steak was cooked to perfection and the scallops were by far the best I ever had anywhere.
