Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! Came from Kentucky for a lacrosse tournament. Heard from a friend that we needed to stop by. Everything from the pizza, garlic cheese bread, and pasta was amazing. The staff was wonderful. We loved it so much that we came back 2 days in a row for the lunch special. A must try!
I placed an online order, super simple and easy to use. However, it took an extra 30 minutes to get the pizza. They seemed busy and had great customer service but was bummed because I went to grab the pizza while my clothes were washing. I cannot lie worth the wait but cannot depend that the timer online is accurate would like to see a resolution to this.

Food was done quickly and came out hot. Our order was correct and the food was great. We found the staff friendly and helpful also.
On our recent trip to st Louis to visit my hometown I tried to show my husband some great st Louis favorites and while several were a huge disappointment IMO'S was not. Absolutely outstanding across the board. The service was top notch, you have a great crew at the South County location across from the mall. The place was clean and comfortable. The food was outstanding. We got a large pizza and 2 different pasta dishes and garlic cheese bread for 4 adults and had nothing left lol. It was a great experience and I thank you very much 😊
This place got my pizza order perfect! They have restored my faith in Imo's. I love this STL chain and I hate being let down. Let's not go threw that painful experience again guys. I'll see you soon.

Ordered ahead for pick up. I arrived early, paid and hung out in the dining area playing on my phone. After about 10 minutes, the gentleman who was working the counter came out to tell me the new cook had made the wrong size pizza (smaller pie). He said they were making a new one in the correct size and he offered me a drink while I waited. I was also given the pizza they had already made. Cool!
I chomped on the smaller pizza as they made the new one. It was so good! I had not ordered from Imo's in a very long time as I did not know they had a white sauce. The pizza was very tasty.
After about 15 minutes they brought out the other pizza. I refiiled my pop and left. There was no way I was going to be able to eat both pizzas, so on my way to my apartment, I stopped at my sister's place and gave my nephew the bigger pizza. I think he was happy to get it. I hope he likes it as much as I did.
The staff was very friendly. I was greeted at the counter as soon as I entered. The restaurant was clean and all the employees were, properly, wearing masks. The few tables in the restaurant were spaced apart.

The staff are friendly. It has a bit of waiting but nice food.
I was pleasantly surprised. St Louis like to use this mash up of provolone and mozzarella cheese called Provel. It's quite tasty....I got their Deluxe pizza. It has bacon, sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and of course Provel cheese....after tasting it I was mad at myself for not ordering from here sooner. Also unlike the other pizza places No sauce is needed.
