Ordered a sandwich for delivery and was brought the completely wrong sandwich. I called the store and the lady who answered was so nice and helpful. I explained the sandwich I got vs. What I ordered and she said she can refund or send out another sandwich. I asked for a remake and she promptly made it and sent it back out to me. The girl who dropped it off moved so fast I couldn't even hand her the couple bucks I had for bringing it back over so fast! Over all I appreciate them remaking it and getting it back out so quickly.

Best location around! EPIC customer service, seriously freaky fast and fantastic location. Can't beat the drive thru either. Despite this location being 5 miles further from me compared to the location that is only 1 mile from me, I opt for this location and will fight 270 traffic just to get to and from it each time because they simply ARE THE BEST.
Not all locations are created equal because the location closer to me SUCKS more than Monica Lewinsky on a press day at the White House! For those of you who don't know (Gen Z-ers and beyond)... That's not a positive metaphor. I won't embarrass the Olive Blvd location by calling them out for sucking so much either. Because that would be sharing my factual experience from too many unredeemed chances given until finally it became consistently poor each time
But NOT this location. It's like a pitch black, bitterly cold winter night 🌨️ and an amazingly beautiful, clear and sunny, early summer day 🌞🏝️ with a cool breeze difference between the two locations. And I don't know about you but I prefer the sunny day over the winter night which is why I make the few extra miles journey to give my business to the location off of Page Avenue.
PS... I was not paid nor bribed in any manner to write this review. I'm just that much of a satisfied customer after receiving consistent top-tier service from the Page Ave location as well as that much of a p!ssed off customer after receiving consistent abysmal customer service from the Olive Blvd location.

Dining room rarely busy. Drive thru occasionally busy. JJ's is my favorite "fast food" because of the quality ingredients and fast service.
Came during lunch rush through the drive thru. They managed a long line well and got my food/drink out quickly. Food was fantastic.
This location is under new ownership and it’s obvious. It’s open later than 5p and it’s also open on Sunday’s now. The bread quality has improved 10 fold. Glad to have a reliable sandwich option in Maryland Heights again!!
Ordered a last-minute lunch for 14 people and they had it ready in no time. The food was fresh, correct, and not overly expensive. Will definitely order from this location in the future.

Absolutely amazing sandwich, sides, and fresh lemonade! They delivered my meal to my work in less than 30 minutes! Very polite delivery driver and he came to our suite's front door instead of leaving our food on the floor out back. We will only order lunch from here for now on. Awesome job! :) Thank you!
This Jimmy John's does not miss. They always get my order right, are extremely friendly, and will bring your food out to you in the drive though and yet you skip the line if you pay online. Make sure that you sign up for the app and get a free sandwich.
I work here now, and it is under new management. There is a new owner and the lobby is open and we are staying open until 9pm everyday. We have more staff now as well. I love working here!
