Food is still good just as long as you get what you ordered. People are generally overworked, you can tell by the amount of mistakes they make. This place hasn't had straws in over a month. How hard is it to send someone to get straws? They are completely out of bottled drinks. I ordered orange chicken after being asked if I wanted to try there orange chicken only to be told I had to pull around and wait until a new batch was made. I asked him how long it would take he said 3min it took 15min them when I opened it, it wasn't even my meal. I won't be back until they change management. 😢 Edit. *** I raised my rating back up to 4 stars. Customer service was on point. Food was on point. I was offered orange chicken and I got fresh orange chicken without the wait. I was offered a drink, I got what I ordered with a straw. You couldn't ask for a better experience with a drive thru order. I will raise my star to 5 if they are consistent. Time will tell.

I'm Extremely impressed with this Panda. I drive around the county for work and in the last two years since Covid, the supply chain issues and staff shortages most Pandas are out of items short employees or have their dinning rooms closed. I have been to this Panda 3 times and every time I'm welcomed when I walk in. The store is clean and fully staffed. They have All items ready. I Don't need to wait for them to make more. The staff are friendly and thy even walk over to make sure everything is ok.. .5* stars.
