The Jimmy Johns location in Mason City is absolutely awesome They make their sandwiches taste awesome, and I rarely have issues. But if there are issues or things incorrect about your order, they will compensate. Amazing customer service skills from the employees, and enjoyable food. Definitely a 10/10 from me.
I have recently found Jimmy Johns and can I say yes!! I enjoy the bread, the vegetables are acceptable and the service has not disappointed. The hot peppers are a great addition to the turkey sandwich I order and I like how they offer the low carb options!
Best Jimmy Johns I've had in a while. On a long 9 hour car trip and swung by for some food. The food was amazing. Nice and fast. Excellent layering on the meats. Definitely worth going out of our way!
Bought a giant tuna sandwich at 10am. Very fresh. Tomatoes were red, cukes crunchy etc. Also bought a little french meat baguette for later. So happy open and next to laundromat as stopped and then onward. Nice folk at Jimmy Jon’s too!
What an incredible experience! I ordered 36 mini Jimmy's online and had a pick-up time of 4:00pm on the order. I walked in the store at 3:58 and they were just finishing boxing them...perfectly punctual! While in the store it began to downpour rain. One of employees actually went out in the rain to his car and got an umbrella to help me carry out the boxes in the pouring rain. The entire staff was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating to my requests. Well done Jimmy Johns...this is business that should be modeled by many for exceptional customer service. If I could give six stars, I certainly would. Thank you!
