These are the BEST BURGERS around. Juicy, fresh buns And fries...awesome. My hubby always picks the order up and says, the staff is very friendly. Just I order on line and ready in about 12 minutes. Their sign in the store says it all, "They don't have a FREEZER in the store". Everything is fresh.
My first experience was in Dulles airport, got off the plane @ 7:00 am and all I could smell was burgers, and the line was twenty deep, ok, I will go for this, ordered the basic double, fries and a coke. Fabulous! and I am a great fan!
My usual order is a little cheese burger, little fry, and drink. That's a little over $10 which is on the high side but the burgers are some of the best around. This location is always clean and would return again.
Best bacon cheeseburger ever!. While I’m generally not a fan of restaurant chains, I must say that Five Guys Burgers and Fries makes the best, most flavorful bacon cheeseburger I’ve ever tasted. And I’m a bit of a connoisseur.
Great burgers and fries. I am generally not a massive burger and fries kind of gal but these are the best I have to say, cooked fresh, so many toppings included and very, very tasty. I agree though with so many of the reviewers that they need to cut down of the size of the portions on the fries, one portion will feed 3 people adequately. If you order a portion for yourself as I did the first time you will be faced with the worlds largest portion of fries , but they are very, very good however !!!
Better than most fast food restaurants. not as good as an in n out burger, but the closest thing cincy area has to compete with it

Good burgers, but don't order online. Five Guys burgers are big, messy, greasy, fatty, and delicious. Not quite as good as my Cincinnati favorite (Zip's), but nonetheless quite tasty.
A huge plus for this chain is that they use fresh jalepenos - it makes a world of difference. I must commend them for that.
The downside to this place is that normally it is packed (as are all locations) and even if you come at an odd hour, it takes 10-15 minutes to get your burger. These 10-15 minutes, if you're alone, is an incredibly awkward wait in a store filled with families and teenagers. I'm accustomed to waiting in a sit-down restaurant with some privacy, but at a fast food place, it's just irritating and unnatural.
Also, the fries aren't terribly great and the portion (even the small) is ridiculously oversized. Cut the size (and price) in half - not everyone is eating with a family of 4. Not to mention that they are floppy and soft usually - not my kind of fry.
Overall though, this place is pretty impressive for a chain restaurant burger place - it makes Red Robin's prices seem unnecessary.
***Edit: Do not bother ordering online - or at least not from this location. The other day I waited half an hour to get my order and then they ended up giving me the wrong one! When I drove back to pick up the corrected order, the manager looked at me like I was a nuisance.
I gave online ordering a second try, hoping it was a fluke, but it didn't fare any better. It took me 10 minutes to flag someone down to check on my order, then another 10 minutes waiting on it being completed. People that came in after me went through the line, ordered, and got their food before me!
DON'T ADVERTISE FOR A SYSTEM THAT DOESN'T WORK! This branch needs to be retrained by corporate on how to handle online orders.***
This place is the sh*t and if you dont like it, you is a moron. This was one of my favorite places to go during my pregnancy and always after i get out of the hospital. The burgers are really good, get a single if your not that hungry. The also make a mean hot dog. Good selections of toppings. And if you sit in, you get the peanuts! If you have a peanut allergy, be aware, there is even i sign on the door. Don't stand out in the parking lot and bitch (as I have seen it happen) Just send someone else in and get your burger fix.

I always review chains based on the location. You should generally have an opinion on the chain's food, it's about how the location executes the brand that stands out. As a Five Guys location, this is among my favorites.
I come in on a semi regular basis, and I can say the food is always good, and if you're picking up, they often wait to get you fresh fries once you arrive, which is A+ service. Today they didn't, so maybe things are changing.
Location is clean and in a great spot, and plenty of room.
The staff are a highlight to me. There's a core of hispanic workers who I often hear speaking Spanish to each other, they seem to work hard and produce the majority of those delicious grill items. They also seem like they have plenty of fun interacting together. There's a brunette girl with thick eyebrows who usually works register and the shake maker, who is a delight to interact with, she's really fun and diligent. And then there's the guy who I'll just call "big guy", he often is serving up fries and orders, and he's very witty. He seems like he keeps morale up with deadpan humor all day, and I appreciate his down to earth demeanor, cool guy. Keep it up yall, I appreciate the hard work and positive vibes!
This was my first time at a FIVE GUYS. I like the concept and the restaurant was clean. But I don't like the bag as the food is messed up and has oil stains everywhere. The cheeseburger and fries were delicious though!
The best strawberry shake and great burgers as well. Cajun fries are good too. It’s my second favorite burger chain.
First timer . I’ve heard lots of good things ,finely tried it out and ... now that’s a tasty burger my only critique is the Cajun frys were a little over seasoned but fresh ,other than that a great first experience and will definitely be back. I think the price is fair for what you get . Great job guys keep up the good work .
Fantastic burgers, great fries. My only complaint is that I ordered a large cajun fry and I am not sure what to do with the other 7 meals worth of fried potatoes they gave me.
Really though, some of the best fries I've had, and really good burgers. Little pricey though.

The burgers are top notch and the fries are always on-point and plentiful.
This chain has by far the most consistent food, best atmosphere, and always friendly staff. I've been to over a dozen locations and I just don't know how they always manage to attract people to their staff that provide such a uniform experience.
Can't possibly say more good things about the chain and this location is no different.
A simple menu coupled with great ingredients and direct cooking format. It is no wonder that five guys hamburgers are winners! The price seems higher, but honestly you get what you pay for. I'd be lying that I could even finish a large burger with large fries if I tried. You'll love the options, and they keep a tidy place barring the peanut shells everywhere. Enjoy. They've updated the drink stations and added a larger sign indoors.
This Five Guys is the epitome of good leadership in a fast food operation. They work hard, fast and morale always seems to be up amongst the employees and customers when I enter. The food is consistently delicious and always tastes the same no matter what crew is behind the counter. You can always count on a good experience here!
Food was great, place was clean. The person who took our order was annoyed with our presence I think.
Never got a bad Hamburger at 5 Guys. So much better than any fast food hamburger. Easy parking, great service and consistent delivery of a great product. One of our favorites.

Good experience, good food, good people. Hard to find good burgers these days. This location, large inside, soacious, clean, welcoming from the door. :-) Smiles and greets all the way thru, genuine people, ad everything was fast and friendly. GREAT location. GREAT vibes!
