My last visit was uncharacteristically slow. The cashier was very quick but the sandwich makers were in no rush. In fact, one was off talking when my order needed to be completed. Then they marked the wrong number item on the wrapper and I had them double check what they made. The food was up to standard but I was surprised by the service. Never in the last ten years have my visits been anything but reliable, fast service.
I don't eat here often anymore but I had a craving for a turkey sandwich, on bread, not a roll. Very few places have this option anymore. So I turned to JJ's. It was the last hour of shop hours on 2/9/2023 but the young adult staff greeted me in a friendly and welcoming manner. I wish I would have noted their names so I can give them a "shout-out"!
When I placed my order I forgot to mention the bread preference before they made my sandwich. I mentioned this and they were very happy to re-make my sandwich to my preferences. I was very happy with the customer service and professional manner in which they served me and I walked out their with a happy heart and belly!
One guy who works there is so nice, gave me and my sister free brownies (if managers are seeing this don’t get mad at him). I love JJ’s! The food is served SO FAST and it tastes soooo good! Best JJ’s I’ve ever been too will be coming back for sure!
This Jimmy John's can be easy to miss. I always enjoy stopping in at this location - it's never busy outside of the lunch rush and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Sandra is always a delight - tell her what you're in the mood for and she'll recommend a sandwich for you. I really enjoy the #11 or the new Zesty Garden Turkey Club - both as an Unwich. For those looking to eat healthily, get the Unwich cut in two and enjoy half today and the other half tomorrow to keep your sodium intake more reasonable.
This JJ's does a superb job, Lunch, dinner, late night.
They're always quick, including delivering across town, during peak hours. They're incredibly nice and when they're not busy they'll chat with you if that's your thing. The line may look long, but they get through it fast. There's lots of seating towards the back as well.
I love Jimmy John's! Amazing food and service. They really are freaky fast. Chase and Jackson were very fast and professional.
I haven't tried the food, but a gentleman that works at this location offered to help me unload my truck at a jobsite he was delivering to. Went above and beyond when he could have just walked past me. If this is how the employees are, I'd say the food is just as good. Thank you kind sir.
First time eating here. We absolutely loved it!! My 10 yr old daughter is picky with food and she even loved it!! Great taste! Waaaaaayyyyyy better than subway by a million!!!!
