Swirls and twirls has always been my go to place for froyo, amazing flavors and quality treats. I was excited I was able to come back to location in massapequa and get some today and it did not disappoint! The girl working behind the counter was super accommodating, polite and helpful. But I felt very bad for her as there was about 10 younger girls in there making videos and dancing as well as only taking free samples and not actually purchasing yogurt. Felt very bad for the nice girl behind the counter who had to clean up after them as they made a mess. 5 stars because I love swirls and twirls and staff was super nice. But the group of girls making videos and dancing while other people in the store are trying to enjoy themselves is very awkward and kind of annoying. They were a disruptance to the other paying customers in the store. also your chocolate covered strawberry flavor is amazing! Please open a location near Sayville !
This swirls and twirls has always been clean and updated with new flavors and toppings every time I have been there. Staff are very nice and create a happy environment. They have flavors for every type of person. 10/10 would recommend the coconut flavor

As I walked in I was greeted by two amazing workers! (Forgot to ask for their names)It was my first time there and I felt I had a lot of questions but they were super helpful they offered me some cups to sample because i was so indecisive on what flavor to get. The store was very clean and the toppings and flavor choices are endless. Can’t wait to go back and try all the other things they have to offer. A very pleasant experience, plan on telling my family and friends about this place!
I am a frequent customer at this establishment and every time I come here I always have a wonderful experience! The staff is so welcoming, there are so many fro-yo options to choose from, and the topping options are amazing as well!!! I would recommend this place to just about anyone!
Swirls & Twirls is becoming an addiction for me and my two friends
We’re making it a game to try all of their bubble teas and shakes.
I really enjoy their Taro bubble tea with brown sugar jelly balls— A fantastic combination ! Their melon flavor is my second favorite.
I normally get their yogurt (which is always great) but their shakes are my top pick. They are Always decorated so pretty and taste amazing.
The s’mores shake is the best by far.
Not to bring staff into this but I’ve gotten to be friendly with them over time and they are all great BUT…
I’ve noticed Nick & Vicky make the best shakes & bubble tea over any other staff and they’re always a pleasure to speak with.
If you are craving something sweet this is the best place to go! Definitely give them a go
I am continuously impressed with this place every time I come in. Always introducing new products like boba, shakes, seasonal items, etc. Just when you think you’ve tried it all, something new appears and becomes your new favorite. Everyone that I’ve encountered working here is nothing but nice and extremely helpful. You can tell that the employees take pride in their work. Even the youngest ones that are high school aged are extremely professional and go above and beyond. The store is always very clean and well stocked, and even if they run out of something, there are so many different options to choose from that it doesn’t even matter. Kudos to their manager for having the ability to run a business in a town like Massapequa, it sure is no picnic. Overall I am very happy to be a customer at this establishment and if you haven’t given them a try you truly are missing out on good treats and a good time.
My granddaughter was there with her daisy troop. Nick & staff were great. The girls had a great time. They enjoyed the treats & tattoos.

Cleanest icecream store I’ve ever been too! I am really big on stores (especially food establishments being clean) and they do a great job maintaining a clean store at this location

They have a really good selection of flavors. It is a little expensive so def get the cup that is one price no matter how much is in it.

Good selections of frozen yogurts. I had the no sugar added strawberry froyo and it was yummy. I just wished they were at least a few more choices for no sugar added ones. The tables were sticky, needs to be wiped.
The froyo was delicious and the place was super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful! The store manager I think his name is Nick was so nice and looks like he take a lot of pride in his work also very helpful.
I Just went in to swirls and twirls for my third time. I have been getting something new each time because they have a huge variety. Today I came for an acai bowl & my daughter got a flat rate cup of froyo. Their flat rate cup is an absolute steal. You can fill it up as much as you want & as many toppings. The acai bowl was perfect and the girl who made it was really sweet. The place always has really good energy and the staff are super welcoming! A true hidden gem in the sunrise promenade.
Always love some fro-yo! This location is very organized and the staff serve the toppings to avoid contamination and mixing of toppings, or kids putting their fingers into the toppings area.
I have not visited this location since pre Covid but I am glad I came back! I went in yesterday for dessert after leaving Panera. The guy was very sweet & explained to me how everything worked. I am glad that they keep it so clean and have the toppings blocked off from customers. I felt very safe while getting my froyo and they have added a bunch of new products ! New shakes, smoothies, bowls etc. I love the new look and the cheesecake flavor is AWESOME.
