The food there is excellent and especially the ice cream treats. We use to go there in the summer time when they had the old car cruise-in's. It was a fun place to go and meet old friends.

This DQ should be in the historic register. It is truly a landmark and one of Massena, New York's most popular go-to destinations. Stop by with your family and watch the kids smile and laugh! Bring the ball team, there's great food and desserts for one and all. When I was young I used to stop by and the owner would sit with me and ask how my day was going. He made me feel SO special, but then I realized he did that with EVERYBODY when he got the chance! That very friendly atmosphere hasn't changed over the years. Stop by and treat yourself to some great food and a large helping of old fashioned, family-style customer service!

Dairy Queen is a nice place to stop for a quick bite to eat. They have a nice variety of sandwiches and meals. The coffee is OK. I had the strawberry shake, but the flavor just wasn't as good as I remember. It was ok, though. The employees are very nice
Always quick friendly service and compared to other fast food places the quality is better. And hands down best fried cheese curd around.
They have fast friendly service. There's usually not a long wait in line. Unless it's a really hot summer evening. Then you might wait for ice cream a few minutes. They're drive thru is fast enough. And they don't mess up on orders hardly ever. The prices aren't bad at all. About average of any other ice cream place. Best ice cream around!!
We have stopped here several times on trips with kids on field trips and the staff and management are always incredibly accommodating and friendly.
Food is good. Quick service. Clean. No complainants about the service at all.
Where do I start... like everything from here is amazing. My favorite drink is a blue raspberry misty freeze!! And the cherry dilly bars are good as well. And for your next birthday get a cookies and cream ice cream cake you will not be disappointed. Really wish they would bring back the cotton candy dip like the chocolate cherry and butterscotch and now churro flavor!!

Driving through Massena, we always stop by for lunch or dinner. They have tables outside where we can sit with our dog. The food is reliably good and (of course) the blizzards are great.
Got some chilli cheese dogs and fried cheese curd. The dogs themselves definitely could have been better. More creativity with the sauce selection could be a good idea.

We have been to this Dairy Queen multiple times over the last six months, every single time I mention posting a 5 star review and it just slips my mind. They are so polite and quick with service. The food ALWAYS comes out so fresh. Every time we pass through it’s a stop at Dairy Queen.
We went through the drive-thru earlier today and me son got a cheese burger, chili dog a regular ( small ) order of fries and a soda which totaled $10 plus he ordered a medium Oreo cheesecake blizzard and it came to over $ 16 dollars for 1 person. That being said all of his food were good and hot not lukewarm like alot of places. I don't go here often because of the price point. It isn't the most food for your buck ,but is slightly better food than most of the other fast food restaurants with a drive-thru.q
The food was gd minus my cheese curd bites I ordered special.tbey we're all burnt and had hardly any cheese in them.the waitress was kinda snotty but it was sunny out and felt nice to finally treat ourselves to a meal out ..the blizzard was on point tasted great just took forever to get cause somehow staff didn't know I'd bn waited on even tho I was standing in ice cream isle with my receipt but the manager was nice a got them out to us super fast when she realized.
Recently remodelled, lives up to the Fan Food slogan. Makes for a good treat for the kids after a busy week. Wish there was more seating.
Best things are the deep fried curds and blizzards. Worst is prices. But.... You get what you pay for.
Nice clean establishment, friendly staff. My dad and I got the same meal, the bacon deluxe 2 cheese. Tasty as hell and only about $10 each.

This fast food chain has always been one that i will continue to frequent with its quick fast and friendly service. Always keeping up to its name they serve their delicious frozen treats and hot food without dissapointment. Love this place!
