So many great options to choose from. I went with the #24 (sorry can't remember how to spell the actual dish) and she had the pineapple fried rice. Both were phenomenal. I like that the fried rice came out in half a pineapple. Very cool.
I am Vietnamese and often get disappointed going to Vietnamese restaurants. This is the first restaurant that impressed me in every way. Moe’s restaurant skimp on important details which make the dish like herbs and lemongrass. These guys go all out. I’ve never been to any Vietnamese restaurant that gives you as much herbs and greens as they do. And you can actually see the lemongrass in the food. Furthermore, they have very many vegetarian offerings and EVERYTHING was beautifully executed. I DoorDashed and called them as well to ask if we can get extra chili and chopsticks since we were staying in a hotel. And they of course did. We will make sure to come by here every time we’re in town. Can’t say enough. Thank you BT for a true representation of Vietnamese cuisine!

Really nice Thai restaurant in Windsor Square in Matthews. Very extensive menu, great drink selections, and real great service. Went with a large group and the waitstaff was excellent in getting all the dishes out to us, and our drink refills. Definitely a place to try!
