Absolutely the best Italian food I've had in a very long time. Of course the Gyros and Greek salad is what started me to come here. But Ludovico has it right. My third trip here in a week and probably will be back frequently until I've tried everything on the new menu. Little Italy was going to be the new name. You can still get the gyro sandwiches which I will still get here. That makes it much more appealing.
I am so excited to see what the new owners have to offer Mauldin! He is Italian and they will be offering good homemade cuisine. Today I'm trying the lasagna. The new owner came out to chat and was very friendly. I'll probably make this a part of my weekly routine to taste his dishes.
Incredible food, this place is Mauldin’s best kept secret. The gyros are the best I’ve had in years! Can’t wait to come back and try their Italian menu. If you want gyros get the Gyro platter with lamb, I highly recommend! Ciao!

The BEST Lasagna, EVER!! ODEO, I don't know how you can say it isn't good! Ludovico shared with us tonight that he doesn't use a lot of ricotta cheese, but uses bechamel sauce instead that makes the lasagna more light. He also makes his own sauce which is delicious. The noodles are home made, and not heavy. He makes each dish fresh, doesn't refrigerate. I used to think another restaurant had the best lasagna, but not anymore!! We've eaten there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and will continue to be frequent customers. Other Italian meals have also been delicious, but the Lasagna is the bomb!
