I just live down the road from this place and I can't believe I never tried it until now. Excellent food!! And the Apple cobbler was amazing.
I don't live in McAlester, but I can tell you there is no doubt, this is the best BBQ around. The best I've had in a long time. The service was outstanding! Wonderful folks that run/own this place. Make sure you stop in if you're ever near Krebs/McAlester.

Best BBQ in town!. A great family run business, Carey Out delivers great taste and friendly service. Their hot wings are to die for and make your mouth water. Great desserts, prompt service, and reasonable prices make Carey Out a must. Their catering is excellent as well, with the food pipping hot when delivered. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, go and try some of the best BBQ around.
Really good BBQ can't beat it best in town and even gives tulsa BBQ a run for their money ribs were nicely season and tender brisket was too Mac and cheese is to die for good prices can't beat that will be back
