You must stop by this place for weekend brunch. Awesome walleye and eggs and crab cake benedict. Mimosas on ice which we find comical but always order? Hole in the wall small joint that is great for people watching. You will leave satisfied. Jessica is fantastic at running the bar!
After a disaster visit 6 months ago, we decided to give the Squirrels Nest a second chance.
Sat at the bar and was helped really quickly by the bartender. We ordered the cereal crusted French toast and Steak and eggs. I was surprised at the flavor on the Steak and Eggs and enjoyed it thoroughly. The French toast was solid as well. Overall, not an out of this world breakfast, but a solid local spot to try out.

Tip-top fish fry, impressive breakfast, and great burgers in a quintessential Wisconsin tavern atmosphere. Top notch!
