Last night April 29th my girlfriend and I stopped at the Sheetz Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA. We placed our order at 11:52 pm. Horrible service. Ordered food at drive thru, waited for 15 minutes for food and another 10 for drinks that never came. After 25 minutes knocked on window to be told that they were out of cappuccino. Nothing...just stared at us. After asking for money back, opened bag and sandwiches were ice cold. T

We drove over an hour to experience their cappuccinos only to be informed - 25 minutes after ordering - that they were unable to make such beverages. No comment on the matter on their end at all. The fact that the food was good was the only redeeming quality of our visit.

Had to wait an hour for my food due to them telling me that mobile orders have to be made first. Even though they kept coming in. They wouldn't give me a refund before they started making my food. The worst service ever!
