We are visiting McKinney Tx,shopping in old down town McKinney.! We ate lunch, had the best pizza, salad and Mango ice tea.!Great friendly environment and great service.!! I'm already wanting to go back today.! A must place for lunch or weekend date, the best music and the pizza ever! Well difinently be back, when we're in Texas.!:)
Great place for live music, drinks and pizza.
I recommend all the appetizers, friendly staff and exceptional service, Julia is always awesome along with the hostess staff, Merry Christmas
What a great joint, pub, etc always great to visit...fun... food...drink and one of the best Texas singer / songwriter - Zane Williams...Happy Holidays 2017
Very good food, excellent music by Maylee Thomas. The waitress, Carrie, lacked people skills. Not friendly, not attentive, kinda rude. When I asked for a cheesecake, she pointed to the blackboard on the opposite wall and said that's all we have. Didn't try to sway me to buy a different dessert. She was fast and really seemed irritated that we asked her questions. She needs waitress training 101 !!

Small, quaint pub with indoor and patio seating. Gluten free option is a! Great pizza and service
Delicious baked wings, blue cheese on point, and we are always suckers for honey drizzled pepperoni pizza {the bees knees}. So good!
My favorite pizza and pasta place. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people. Always a thumbs up for me!
The wait is worth it ... grab a beer and sit outside while ya wait for a table - totally worth it! ♥️
I have a serious problem with the Bees Knees Pizza. I’m addicted, seriously addicted. I literally crave this pizza at all hours of the day/night. I can’t seem to get enough of it, ever. It’s been a complete pizza game changer in my life. I can no longer eat any other pizza. Just give me all da bees knees please.
Amazing food. The only issue was the smoke from the ovens. Maybe open the windows up front. Band was decent but really, really loud. We will return but sit outside.
Love Cadillac Pizza. The Pizza was incredible and the Caesar salad was unbelievably awesome! The ingredients were locally sourced and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!!!!
The food, especially the fire roasted pizza! The live entertainment and the staff are great!
Great pizza & Cheese bread. Great atmosphere, great staff too boot. I couldn't find anything wrong.
Julia or julie our server was amazing!!! She made us feel very welcome and loved:) definitely coming back to see her and eat some more delicious pizza when we come back to Dallas
I really enjoyed eating here. The place was a bit busy for a Sunday evening around 6. The only downside is how crowded and claustrophobic it felt. I could barely get thru the small spaces to get to and from the table because it was so compact. The service was good. I wouldn't say it was exceptional just because our server was quite busy and it took her a little bit to get back to us with refills, but overalls very friendly. I ordered the cheesy bread appetizer. The bread was buttery and lightly toasted. The marinara that accompanied the bread was amazing! I ordered the smokie pie, and it was just delicious. They don't skimp on the sauce or toppings. Overall it was a great experience. I would go back again.
I am in love with this little pizza shop. It has so much going for it. First, it's located off the McKinney Square which has a wonderful vibe all its own. The restaurant itself is really well done. The brick walls and fire oven are nice. The wall-sized chalkboard of local craft beers is cool.
All of this great decor then sets the stage for great beer and pizza. Tupps is a local brewery just down the street. It's on tap in this bar. Rapport is my favorite. The pizza was probably the best thing of the night. They make cracker thin crust pizzas. My favorite. A danger of such thin crust is sogginess. This pizza stayed crunchy the whole way. I tried the Supreme and savored every bite. The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful. The Italian sausage has pepper flakes in it. Awesome.
So why did I not rate this 5.0? The service. It's a little too bar/drink. They were polite and helpful, but they are more about shots and drinking than giving a positive experience without alcohol. That said, I AM coming back. It was really good.
Service was fantastic and the stuffed mushrooms were delicious. Pizza is its own type, with a thin crispy crust and tasty toppings. Great beer selection.
Amazing. All I can say about this place is AMAZING. Go try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to enjoy lunch while perusing McKinney's amazing downtown.
Great Food, Great Music!. What a great restaurant! Their wood-fired pizza is unbelievable, such unique flavor! Live music every night & tons of beer on draft or in bottle. Warm, inviting, modern atmosphere, perfect for family dinners! Highly recommend others to give it a try!
Fun, Cool, Good. Fun spot, cool vibe, good pizza. Nuff said. Do it.
Great music here last night by The Stratoblasters! Arrived too late to order pizza. Alas!
Great Spot for Pizza & Music!. We finally tried this place out and were really happy with the food, service & atmosphere. The prices were low & they also offer drink specials. The pizza (crispy thin crust) is very tasty and they have live music most nights! Its a small place with a really laid back feel. We plan on going back soon to try out other items on the menu. Two thumbs up!
Good Place to Hang Out. We'd been to Cadllac a couple of times about two years ago and, though they had a really good pizza, the wait could take forever. Since then, they've had a managment change and when I went just recently, the food was still good and service was excellent. The chicken fajita quesadilla may seem a bit plain. It is good but could really use some jalapenos. Good spot to take in live entertainment. Check their web site for a schedule of performers.
Enjoy yourself !. Not a biased opinion here but my band hosts the Every Wednesday Night Blues Jam here from 8pm to midnight. I've played a lot of places around town and wasn't originally familiar with Cadillac Pizza but after playing there the first time it felt like home. The staff was not only accommodating to me but I'm very observant and can see that they also take good care of their customers. It shows because they have repeat business and week after week I see the same customers coming back and bringing their friends. Their pizzas are creative (ingredient wise) and named after Cadillac's (go figure). They are wood fired and I'm a great fan of a good crust so 2 thumbs up from me. They also serve some mighty tasty sandwiches and lately have added a few other menu items including some Chicken Quesadilla's which are really good. The bonus is you can get some cold beers or a mixed beverage of choice and listen to some really great live music. They take their time to hire seasoned musicians around town so the music is always good, it's a lively atmosphere so I just have to say if you're looking for a quaint quite place this might not be your cup of tea. If you're not into live music just show up to eat before the band starts which on most nights is 8pm however you might want to stay and just see what a fun place this is. But if you enjoy listening to great LIVE music, while eating great pizza and enjoying some cold beverages then what are you waiting for ?

Leave a reply We continued our “Black Friday” journey and decided on Cadillac Pizza right after we saw the Christmas Carol play in the McKinney Performing Arts Center. I came across a site that had voted – in whatever system they use – Cadillac Pizza as the best pizza joint in McKinney
The Cadillac Pizza Pub event was fun. I had arrived a little early and had already ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla (it was good but could have used some jalapenos), so I wasn’t involved in the process of the three artists sitting next to me trying
Great food, fun atmosphere. The outdoor patio, pizza, and beer are an amazing combination. The pizza was hot and fresh made to order. I really like the topic selections. I was not expecting the crust to be cracker thin, but I really liked it. I felt I could eat more cheese and toppings without filling up too quickly. They also have good variety of craft beers. I enjoyed eating here and will be back!
Pro tip. Get on the wait list early. The wait on the weekends can be 20 min to 90+ min.
Without any doubts the best pizza in downtown McKinney. Very crowded sometimes, especialy when it’s too cold to use the patio. They don’t take reservations, but you can visit the small yet beautiful downtown until they let you know that your table is ready. I loved the goat and figs pizza, never had this combinatiion before. Classic Caddy was also very good.
Delicious appetizers and pizza! They offer cauliflower and gluten free crust options and you can’t even tell the difference. The atmosphere was great and the patio is dog friendly. Definitely coming back.
Cadillac Pizza Pub was a great spot to eat! The outside dining is perfect and they even have misting fans for these hot Texas days. We got the chicken pizza... I forgot what it was called but it was delicious!! Great beer selection as well. Definitely will be back!!!!
This pizza is THE best pizza in the square! The flat bread is perfectly cooked with a satisfying crunch. You can taste the high quality cheese on these pizzas and that’s important for me! 10/10 would recommend!
The pizza was excellent. The mushroom appetizer was very good, but had a bit more of a gravy taste than I would of liked to prevent it from being next level. Service was slow at times, but I think it was more from being overwhelmed than neglect. Great spot to stop in the awesome place that it is downtown McKinney.
From the moment I walked in, the sweetest hostess named Caroline greeted me with a big smile. She was super friendly ,walked, me to my table , and was very knowledgeable about questions I asked her. I’m gluten free and she answered all my questions. Our waitress, Jade, was super sweet and also knowledgeable and took care of my gluten needs as well. The gluten-free Smokey pie was delicious!!!!

If you love a super thin cracker crust and love new taste experiences, try Cadillac Pizza’s Goat Cheese and Fig! It’s topped with shredded fresh basil and the most wonderful balsamic drizzle. I’ve lived in McKInney since 1994 and know the pizza offerings in the area. If you love THIN crust. This is #1.
