What a very pleasant surprise this was. Wonderful sushi in an unpretentious, friendly restaurant. The Eden roll was just that - so very good. And the spicy scallop roll was also excellent. We'll be back for more!

This is the best sushi in McLean. Not a hyperbole they make the best food. Dont go with an expectation of amazing fine dining service, go when you have time and want to enjoy a conversation over great food. The people that run it are awesome when you get to know them.

I have to say, I’m never disappointed walking out of Tama sushi. The owners are great, the food they serve is even better. The fish is fresh and generously proportioned, and I can’t go without at least one order of the shumai or gyoza. If you’re going to sushi in McLean or Tysons, this is the place.

This is a great place. It’s not well known and it’s a family run business. It’s nice and quiet, and the food is always good. Never have to worry about waiting in lines. They have a great menu and the prices are pretty reasonable. I highly suggest this place.

Excellent nabeyaki udon. My tastebuds are still reeling from the deliciously authentic broth. Pleasantly interesting yet tasteful decor. To say the Waitress was polite, attentive and welcoming would be an understatement. Definitely a hit.

My favorite sushi spot in McLean. Ask for "hot tea" instead of water and you will not be disappointed. Great sushi and very attentive service.

Food was fresh and delicious. Calm, quiet atmosphere. Good for lunch. A little hard to physically find. Parking is right in front, along a strip mall-like area.

It's a hidden gem, actually. The new sushi chef is wonderful. His cratsfmanship is very artful. Even the very basic Chirashi is beautiful.

Very tasty place and very friendly. They give you free side dishes and fried fish. Spicy tuna tempura is great.

Yes, depending on what day of the week, could wait a bit longer but totally worth the wait. Have been dining here for many years, Tama Sushi have been consistent...great food, service and good crowd.
