I've liked Jersey Mike's from the first time that I've tried one of their sandwiches. They slice the meat fresh right on to your sandwich in front of you. If you order a hot sandwich like a cheesesteak, they make it in the back on the grill and then bring it to the toppings bar. I've tried the cheesesteak and it's alright. My favorite here is to get the Origininal Italian and load it up Mike's way with a bit of mayo. It's good. Since the price is high, I get a "giant" size sandwich and make two meals out of it.
Also, the restaurant is clean and well maintained, and they handle the lunch crowd efficiently.
Great subs. I always get the Giant Steak n Cheese or Giant Italian. The reason the food is so good is the fresh baked bread and the fresh sliced meat. They slice the lunchmeat when you order, and not before. Love the oil/vinegar/spices on any sandwich.
Very good subs. Portion size is not lacking per previous reviewer.
Best Jersey Mike's I've been in.... This is not the only one... In fact, I'm surprised if anyone looks up a review on this place. ANYWAY, it's always good. The staff is quick and to the point (especially if the owner is there, he's pushy but he's running a good business) the place is always clean and I feel like you get what you pay for. You can regularly get coupons too, which makes it even better. I always order a Giant and take some home.
Great, Boardwalk-style Subs!. I love these subs. These are what I call "boardwalk subs" or "heroes". These are not what Pittsburghers traditionally call a "sub". But don't let that keep you from trying them. All of the meats and cheeses are sliced to order right in front of you while they make your sub. Very fresh. Yes, they are a dollar or two more than you might expect, but the quality is worth the extra expense. I usually always order the "Original Italian". And, when they ask what toppings you want, just say, "make it Mike's Way". That's all you need to say. I don't think you taste these subs they way they're intended if you don't have them make it "Mike's Way". I wish this was closer to my home ... I'd get them more often. But when I'm out in the Water Dam neighborhood, I always drop in.
I visited this location yesterday around dinner time and the guy with tattoos and glassed operating the slicer, I think I heard one of the employees called him Dan, was very polite. I couldnt find what i wanted and Dan accomodated me and made some suggestions of the most popular subs. I went with a giant 26 and everything was perfect. Great sandwiches, even better people! Overall great experience. 5 stars!
The sandwich was very good. The ingredients were fresh. Decent selection of sandwiches. A little bit pricey for the size, but eh what can you do?

Love it here!! Always fresh always polite employees and they offer Military Discounts The nice thing about them is you see your subs being made with FRESH meats.
The food was good and very fresh. We had two different subs and enjoyed them both. The price was reasonable for what it was. The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. I found the staff to be cold and seemingly indifferent. Felt as if I was at a government office instead of a food service business.
