I loved Jaspers nice atmosphere food was great had the best Rueben sandwich ever...I recommend this place...homemade fries...so if your ever in Medford, Oregon stop in for a meal you won't be disappointed...service was excellent

After a 6 hour drive from CA we met up with family coming from WA, we had a puppy with us, the staff was so kind! We got a table outside on the shaded lawn, the puppy was treated with a puppy ice cream, so sweet! Perfect setting for a casual lunch with a puppy. The burgers were amazing, I think the best I’ve had, the steak fries and onion rings were just as good! Only thing I was disappointed in, is the fact it’s 6 hours from home and I won’t be able to visit often, if I’m ever passing through I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for the kind treatment and delicious food.
Excellent. Only lived here three weeks and I've been to Jasper's twice...and can't wait to go back.

But the menu is awesome! Just about any kind of meat you can think of for your burger patty: beef, buffalo, wild boar, kangaroo?? Throw some bacon and pepper jack on and you're in business.
Service is friendly, but frantic. That crew hustles!
Visited Medford, OR this week and are here twice. Started off with the Buffalo Burger with the first visit and got the Kangaroo Burger the second. The wife ate the deer and we both loved them! I would highly recommend them if your in the area.
The hospitality is awesome as well, the owner was there and not just standing around she was hard at work getting people sat, cleaning tables and getting food out the door. Great place!!
Jasper's has the best burgers and double fried fries! That's reason enough to eat there, but the list of reasons is extensive... Your order taker is a class act comedian, & he'll have you in stitches, your servers are amazing at predicting what you need even before you know, & my favorite part of the Jasper's experience is that they treat your dog like royalty! They bring water, a super special Frosty Paws treat, & tons of luvin' for your special furry friend.
The Buffalo Bill was the best burger my mom and I have EVER had!! We had the pleasure of Savannah serving us and striking up a conversation with Mathew, they both were such nice people !! 10/10 recommend!
Nice people friendly service, felt very relaxing while I ate. Had the Doc Holiday very delicious. Shared onion rings with MOM very yummy. Mom had the Teriyaki chicken with no cheese. She doesnt eat much but this woman ate 2/3's of her sandwich! I had ice tea and our waiter filled my glass before I even REALIZED it was missing! � I went to reach for my glass and realized it was gone! I looked up and he was bringing it back to me FULL. Love the food and atmosphere
My mouth waters whenever I walk inside, the food is amazing and the staff is super friendly! Even when they’re super busy they make time for everyone. Expected a 10-20 minute wait time today for a to-go order which was fine, but they had it out in 5 minutes with a smile! Love this place!!!!
It’s a tiny place but the food was excellent. The staff was very friendly. It was busy but we got our food quickly. If you are ever in Medford stop here, you won’t be disappointed.
We had the kangaroo burger and the widowmaker. Our server leticia was very helpful and friendly. Food came fast. I will definitely bring my family back when we return to Oregon.
Amazing. Food is delicious. We were passing through stopped for dinner. We has to stop again on our way back for lunch because it was that great. The service is amazing. Everyone looks like they love working there. So polite and friendly. A must.
I got the rodeo burger. It was pretty good. The raspberry Chipotle was phenomenal. It's a tough running (1st/2nd) for best burger I've had.
What a treat! Had the Lone Ranger with raspberry jam and pepperjack cheese... It was (literally) finger lickin good. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
This was our 1st visit. We loved the food. It's not quick like fast food services, but it was well worth the wait. We'll go again.
Got a love a new twist on an old American favorite hamburger. The owner and staff was very friendly and very helpful with making good choices of what burgers � to eat.
The cooks and servers are brilliant. Smiling and kind. My husband enjoyed the milkshake! He said he'll ask for a toasted bun for his burger next time. I could only eat half of my burger. That's probably because the fries are excellent! They are cut up potatoes in crazy forms and they bring a special sauce with them. So good.
The atmosphere is fun and we watched bag after bag for takeout. (Friday night)
This certainly curbed my husband's burger hankering.

Ordered a RoxyAnn and the Moab. Neither burger looked like the pictures posted here, not as much slaw, pulled pork or sauce. Consistency is hard to achieve and especially with high turnover. The meat quality however was outstanding! I think I've eaten so much In N' Out that I forgot what a real hamburger tastes like. They have so many great burgers but when we come again (and we will) I will just get a standard cheese burger because the meat is that good. The onion rings were great, got the small but should have ordered a large. Mixed staffing, some friendly and helpful others not so much. Seems like this should not be a sit down and order place but a walk up window you order from then pick up yourself. They would only need one person working on seating, wiping down tables etc. Save money for them, faster for everyone and no staffing issues. Milkshakes and hotdogs look good too.
The outside seating under the heaters is comfortable but there is lots of traffic noice from cars and trains. I would watch kids closely because the cars really speed past.
Creative new burger recipes that will blow your mind. The Lone Ranger burger has raspberry jam and cream cheese that go so well on the burger. Great fries too.
Great food with an interesting twist! Milkshakes are fabulous. You can feed the family here without going broke.
Best burgers in the valley. I judge all other burger joints off these burgers. The prices are good for the amount of food and high quality. I always enjoy coming to this place when I want a good burger. Parking is limited due to the size of the place. Indoor and outdoor seating is available but during the busy times you might not find a place to sit. Take out is available. Dog friendly for outdoor seating.
I discovered Jaspers while running errands in Medford. I have to say the Reuben sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. The sauce was amazing and everything about the sandwich top notch. Definitely not your run of the mill Reuben. Also, I ordered sweet potato fries and the dipping sauce for those was absolutely addictive. As you can see, I sampled both before thinking to take a photo. Next trip to Medford I'm bringing my husband so he can enjoy Jaspers as well. The burgers being served there also looked tasty and their chunky curly fries seem worth ordering. New favorite lunch spot when in Medford!
This place had some great food. Amazing milkshakes. Reasonably priced. Casual atmosphere. Very friendly staff. The only thing that could be improved upon is the outside part where we dined could be a little more clean (it's the metal tables and chairs mostly). Can't speak for the inside as we dined outdoors.
