I try not to go here whenever possible, a staff member was very rude to me for wearing a blue line shirt. And one staff member (who’s name I do not know) asked a state trooper if they wanted more spit in their coffee.

The coffee here is consistently bad. Any iced coffee has melted ice in it. I ordered a cold brew and it was clearly made with hott coffee and a ton of ice that just ended up being gross. I only have this issue at the Medway Starbucks.

They are aiiteee. If they notice you have a dog they always give em a puppaccino so that's cool. They are def over priced tho.

The other day I came to this location to try the new Sugar Cookie Latte, unfortunately they were all out of the syrup needed to make the drink, but the staff was so accommodating and kind! I was offered a different one of their holiday drink as an apology, after declining it the staff insisted that

Good but they didn't have one of the ingredients for my drink.

Easily the best Starbucks in the area, very consistent in drink quality + the nicest staff!

We moved to Medway in June 2020, so for the first year we were in town this place was mostly closed for dine-in. We still had some great experiences with the drive-through, including one time when they gave us a $4 gift card when we complained that a drink was lukewarm (they also replaced the drink!
