My favorite place to eat Italian. Creative specials and a great regular menu also. Owner is usually there and makes us feel welcome. Excellent wine list!
As my main entree, I ordered the Chicken Acropolis off of the menu. A meal sauteed with artichokes, kalamata olives and sun-dried tomatoes in a lemon garlic butter sauce. It was served over angel hair pasta. A dish I would highly recommend. It was delicious.
The food and service are excellent. We love 1/2 price bottle night on Wednesdays. We usually order one of the evening specials - the chef here is excellent! Delicious high end dining in an unpretentious atmosphere.
Date Night Perfect!!. Quickly seated in the rear dining area (more quiet, romantic). Service was as great as you would expect, timely and professional. Crisp calamari for starters. Bread was warm with wonderful texture. The large sea scallops was super delish and the hubby loved the pescatore!! We were glad to find this little gem. Very happy to support a family owned "unchained" restaurant. We were both too full for dessert...maybe next time......there will be a next time!!
Wonderful meal...fresh tasty...great service...egg plant phenomenal! Thx for a great date night!
Service is spectacular! Very knowledgable staff. This place is quaint and reliable. We are never disappointed and can depend on excellence every time we take guests there. Especially love the dirty martinis & salmon acropolis
I've tried Pistillis, Amicis, Melos, and the new place Janna Maria's, and this place definitely has the best Italian food in the area. My favorite is the Pescatore and I get it with penne. I try to go there once a month.
The Tuscany Grill rocks. We had a great meal as always and Gina the host is outstanding I recommend this establishment highly
Good food at the right price. Pasta fagioli soup is fantastic.
Dinner. Pro: Tasty food and well presented. I had the calamari and linguine very good. Service was great and the prices very fair. Con: High ceiling interior and long store front windows makes you feel as though you are sitting in an auditoriun or lobby of a large building, coziness factor needs work.
Good Date Night. I had a very nice "Date Night" here with my wife. The service started off slow, took over 5 minutes to be greeted by our server, but she quickly made up for it. She was quite personable and we enjoyed our meal throughly. We had a bottle of Justin Chardonnay to start the evening. Our "meatball slider" appetizer was great. We weren't as thrilled with our entrees, however they were good also, and we will be returning.
Wonderful Food -- Favorite Date Night Place. My husband and I LOVE Tuscany Grill. We tried it one night just to try something different, and we have not been disappointed. The bruschetta (with goat cheese, tomatoes, and mushrooms) is the BEST. I could eat that every day. We've never been disappointed with any entrees, and the tiramisu is great too! The only downside is sometimes the service is just slow...they are always really friendly, but for some reason, they can't seem to take care of their sections.
Awesome food, service and atmosphere. Right up there with some of the best Italian restaurants but much more resonable. Don't let the exterior fool you just because it is in a strip mall
I LOVE Tuscany Grill! The chef has wonderful selections to choose from! Really one of the unchained restaurants. Try it ! You'll be plesantly surprised.
This was a nice surprise! We were greeted and seated right away. Our waiter Carter was quick to get us waters and tell us the specials. We chose the lasagna and chicken Parmesan and house salads. He had barely brought our salads and he politely asked if we wanted our main dishes right away. He explained that he got our order in quick before a big party hit. We were so impressed with this, our food was hot and delicious! Our waters were never empty! We also ordered the cannolis, they were a nice light dessert. Carter was an amazing waiter. We will definitely be coming back!!
The service was great we had a super nice waitress and the other staff was nice and helpful as well. The food was good. I didn't care for my shrimp dish, it was a little off. Scampi a la Gina. It had an almost slimy taste if that made sense. The calamari was tasty, and the lasagna bites were good too! All the other dishes were good, but the for the prices, it didn't quite make it.
Never been so we decided to try it out. The bread and pesto was so good. I got the triple meat with fried pasta and it was amazing. This is my new favorite place to eat at. I live in Port St John and the drive here was worth it. The booths they have make you feel like a mobster almost lol great and friendly crew and again the food was 10/10
When I go visit places, I try to find local owned, local created places. Some chains are fine, but a good experience with a home grown place is sublime.
And so it is with Tuscany Grill. I'm a bit of a snob with Italian food.
I got the Honoria Buschetta which was just fun. An interesting and delicious take on the dish. The Caesar salad was good. They didn't try and change a simple dish, which is always a good sign.
The main course- Salmon Livornese. Just a delight. I wish it had more of the olives, but it probably would have made the dish worse as I love olives probably too much. In fact, the dish was too much and I couldn't eat it all. But I stuffed myself until it hurt.
Lemoncello cake was delightful for dessert. Took home a Chocolate Marquise as when do you ever see those anymore.
If you are thinking of a place to eat: go here. It's worth it. The serving staff and bus boy did a great job. Just superb all around. Thank you all.
A very classy restaurant with decor, staff and menu! I highly recommend you to come try this amazing restaurant!! I love Italian food and it’s one of my favorite cuisines to cook myself!
Appetizers was the fried artichoke and lasagna balls. Excellent! Lasagna and Chicken Walker for dinner was excellent also@
Excellent Valentine’s Day meal. Our server was Melissa, and she was GREAT! Very pleasant personality and she took the time to answer our little girl’s questions and really engage with them. She never acted like they were a bother and made us all feel welcome. A great server makes the biggest difference in a dining experience. Anyways, the food was good and everything came out promptly, especially for it being a holiday. We really enjoyed the bread with pesto butter and fresh coffee. The lasagna was excellent! The Alfredo was a little thin and bland, but was still decent. The pasta e fageoli was very good. My mom enjoyed the Chicken Walker. My wife had Eggplant Rollatini and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would come back for the 5 star service from Melissa.
First time dining at Tuscany Grill. Our server named Vinny was fantastic. Greeted us promptly informed us about the menu. He was helpful with the questions we had and we are glad we listened to his recommendations. Hard-working and very nice. We also appreciate Bill who greeted us and sat us promptly, and seem to be multitasking in the very best way . We will definitely Return for dinner at some point. PS it’s family owned. Support local.!!
Easily accessible from the Main Road and Located in that Avenue center. About 1.5 Miles from I -95. Plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles.
The Restaurant was clean and well staffed by friendly employees. The Menu had something for everyone and they did say they would adjust for your needs. The food was prepared as ordered and the portions were more than ample. The prices in our opinion were more than fair.
Our waiter Matt was Exceptional and answered all our questions and stayed attentive throughout our meal.
In the area Give them a try you won't be disappointed!
I attended a company luncheon hosted here. Our company participated in a white elephant gift exchange. Upon arrival, I realize I hadn’t wrapped my gift. Gina (or possibly Jenna) at the front was super helpful. I asked her for a takeout bag, and she was gracious enough to let me have an actual gift bag that she had in the back of the restaurant. I was so surprised and grateful that she even considered going above and beyond for my mistake. She really made my entire visit! Not to mention the lasagna that I had for lunch was delicious. Will be back!
The minestrone was sufficient to bring tears to a Sicilian eye. Yes, another restaurant that made my husband cry happy tears.
The salmon and chicken were both excellent. I had the chicken Walker (it did not appear to be a zombie chicken, thankfully). The lemon sauce was delicious, and the flavor of the accompanying risotto was good. Sadly the rice itself was still chalky, for me as an enthusiastic home cook I prefer it creamy and with a little bite. This was undercooked. There was also so much risotto it was impossible to eat all of it.
The spaghetti accompanying my husband's salmon was - in his view - dried out and had been sitting in a heat pan for too long, rather than freshly cooked. We also both felt that the sauteed spinach was too salty, and it was very kindly replaced without fuss.
These minor things aside, the food was excellent, service good, and the restaurant itself very nice.
We will certainly be back!
We came here on a Friday night and were seated right away. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. The drink menu had several enticing options, but we chose a traditional Old Fashioned. It did not disappoint! Very well made and reasonably priced. Their baguette is served with a Pesto Butter that incredible! Absolutely try it! Our food came out quickly and all the ingredients were very fresh! We also tried dessert and it was as tasty as the rest of our meal. All of the staff from the time we entered were friendly and knowledgeable. Our server, Paul, was great! 10/10 recommend and can't wait to come back and try something new.
Went on Wednesday evening, not crowded. Sat at the Bar. The salad and salad dressing was very good. Creamy Garlic dressing I had them add blue cheese crumbles. Butter for the rolls was a pesto butter, very good. I had a creamy chicken pesto pasta. Very good. Hubby had fried pork chop with a rosa sauce and polenta. Both very different than what we normally order. Would go back! Love me some meatballs 😋 And the soup was good too!!
I recently hosted a private dinner here and it was an INCREDIBLE experience. The food was exceptional, alongside a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly sets this restaurant from others is the impeccable SERVICE! The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest was taken care of, from the moment we arrived and until the last guest left. They truly were AMAZING. I would highly recommend this restaurant for your private dinner or any weekend dinner! I can't wait to come again :)
This was our first time at the new location. It is very nice. The food was very good and very nice portions. We got the baked Italian, the stuffed flounder, chicken parm and chicken marsala.
Went for lunch whole on jury duty. There was nothing on the menu for under $20, not even a simple pasta dish. Opted for the spinach salad and a baguette. It was absolutely delicious. Have been to their previous location and found their other food to be pretty good, but not worth the high prices for lunch.
Came here for my birthday Dinner!!
I gave it 5 STARS!!! Our server was Mike and he was AWESOME!!! He gave us good recommendations and drinks. Will be back!
Cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Service was excellent. Server was polite and the food came surprisingly quick and to order.
Food itself was fantastic. I got the Penne A La Vodka with chicken and it was excellent. Portion sizes were large, everyone in my party had leftovers.
