I have been going to this Dunkin all the time there is this guy that is so nice and treats all his customers with much love and respect he goes above and beyond with everyone. Especially with kids and seniors and people with disabilities. I wish there was more people like him in other businesses, I recommend coming to during the afternoon times it’s the best times.
Fresh donuts which is a major surprise for NYC DD's. Still cannot find a DD that tastes like Michigan and the coffee tends to be watered down or burnt. BUT this location is typically better than those city locations.

I’ve been coming here at least four times a week for three years, and I will say that there have been enough mistakes to count on one hand. The ladies (and 2 guys) are always super nice, even when they get the awful customers of Melville. Items are ready fast, location is prime, and everyone is always happy to see me.
Not sure why this DD would ever get a low review. Coffee is always fresh and hot. There's a big turnover so always fresh donuts too. Same employees have been here for at least 5 years and they're hardworking. Fast and polite.
Inside the store is fine ... but a little small.
The parking lot is very small - getting in and out can be rough.
The staff is professional and courteous - but not exceptionally 'warm'. (Maybe it would be different if I went in more often.)
I will say this - I asked for a large iced coffee LIGHT with skim. It was LIGHT with skim. (Most places hand me something that looks like mud.) So they get a point for actually listening and delivering a high-quality beverage.
Larger parking lot, a bit more seating inside, staff that's just a touch more warm/friendly - this could be a 5-star DD location.
Best dunkin location! 10/27/19 around 10pm the two ladies who work there are wonderful, fantastic service. They should both definitely get a raise.
Great Dunkin. They didn't mess up the order at all and the coffee was made really well. Only thing that wasn't great was the long line but that isn't so much on the establishment as it's just the misfortune of being the only Dunkin in the area.
Cool location and nice service too. Not a fan of the store location and limited parking.
Quite decent but gets very crowded at times, nothing wrong overtly with this D.D. as it is visible and more pleasing than most! You will find a more appeasing selection and customer service seems to like to cater to your ordering, ok cater interesting word huh!
