Love Pancho’s! I’ve been a customer since I was in high school thirty years ago. Great food plus the cheese dip is the best.
My mom was coming through West Memphis stopped by brought me my favorite home cheese and onion enchiladas and tamale rice green sauce and panchos dip we live 2-1/2 hrs tasted just as good half cold as it would have n restaurant thanks for the delicious food I have been a fan since 85 y’all have never disappointed me keep up the good work
Always had good service and excellent food but yesterday was the Pitts not good service and had to wait 45minutes for food never got refills on drinks and they weren’t busy either but I will go back and try again
I love me some Pancho's always loved eating at Pancho's on Perkins growing up in Parkway Village many great memories with my family and friends at Pancho's in the Village I have always said and still say it today Pancho's has the best cheese dip and tacos in the world I've always loved me some Pancho's and always will even know I'm still sad that my Pancho's in Parkway Village closed the doors after many great years but I still have all the awesome and great memories of it!!!!!
I grew up in Memphis and have always loved Pancho’s! I am a regular customer of the Summer Avenue location. I’ve never had a problem with their food or service. However, my most recent visit I did notice it might be time for a really deep cleaning. I’m not going to get specific as I’m not trying to complain, but your costumers do notice these things. I will be back, but please, let’s get our beloved Memphis Pancho’s a good scrub down soon! Thank you for all your years of excellent food and service!
Pancho's cheese dip is well known to the area through Kroger stores everywhere. This is one of the few real stores if theirs in the area now. The atmosphere is different from any Mexican restaurant around. There's a real Southwest homestead theme. The drinks are good and a good selection of beer at the bar. The food is always fast... Good for a short lunch time. Unlike other Mexican restaurants they also bring out cheese dip (cold) to the table as well as salsa. If you haven't been here before you must try the green taco sauce on the table. Very different but very good! Over all a great experience

Lunch today after church. Not crowded. Service good. Lovely fountain up front and nice decor in dining area.
I chose the EL Tres combo. Food was quite good, as always, but the Pancho's dip remains the star.

I have been coming to this restaurant for as long as I have been alive, always great food and friendly service. For the first time in years I choose to do a takeout. The host was friendly and so was the manager. Didn't take long and my food was ready. I get home and the bag of chips that comes with my meal are expired by a month! I worked in the food industry, I know that I'm open chips keep a shelf life for a while and most places stock up on these often depending on how fast they sell them. Well....you might want to restock some of your items because these chips where made over a year ago and they are just now getting sold a month after the expectation date. I love you ponchos but what happen? You guys use to be so good with your food! Please, bring back the old ponchos from my childhood.
I would have loved to give them 5 stars but we walked in and there was nobody at the front to seat us. We then asked for a speedy server due to the fact that we had an appointment in 40 minutes from stop. The server came out casually and was very nice and took our order and got the food out quickly. As we are a few times we had to exit the table to find help for our dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the margaritas were a bit over iced and salty but did the job as a defined drink but definitely no points on best tasting. If they had service that was more attentive they would have received 5 stars and a dramatic increase in tip. Thanks for reading and happy venue hunting!

The food is good and the inside is nicely decorated. 1 small cup of cheese dip is always free, including the salsa with chips.
This restaurant is my favorite! The Mexican pizza is so delicious and the service is álways very good. Sherry is an amazing server. The atmosphere has a private feel to it due to enclosed booths and the music is really good and will take you back to the 70s. I dine here weekly and the food is always consistent as well as the superb service. Good job Pancho's!
Awesome meal earlier! Back in late 80's and early 90's i was the GM for Comfort Inn/Panchos in Blytheville, AR and ate Panchos every day and sometimes twice a day. Today was first time to eat at a Panchos in sevrral years pleased to say it iss still delicious and atmosphere is great. However, the ABSOLUTE BEST patt of our dining experience today was our server. Her name was "DC" and she had a friendly attitude, you coyld see her smile through her Covid mask and she treated us as it were her pleasure to serve us. The pleasure was all ours. The mgmt team needs to let this young lady know they appreciate her. We will definitely reurn soon and often and can only hope we gef lucky to have her as our server!!!! Live long and prosper Panchos.
This place is the favorite place for us to go for anything special. Even if it is not special.
Service is always very good. Unless they are really busy or have a large group to come in.
The food is always good. Not fancy but tasty. You get both cheese and salsa dip with your chips. I drive 30 miles to go their . They are a Memphis tradition.

Took some time to get seated/placed although we were the only one in line and they were not crowded by know means. Mistakenly thought they had told us a table to go to but upon arrival the staff has a conniption fit and made us return to the front of the restaurant, in line all over again. That was ridiculous we are not in elementary school. Good was excellent though as always. Did not take to long, was hot, tasty, and cooked perfect. Thank you
If you want authentic Mexican food, don't go here.
If you want something that is vaguely Tex-Mex, this hits a little closer to that.
But it's good. The menu can be a little overwhelming. Flautas are always my go-to, then I usually build my own combo. The service has been amazing the last several visits.
Also, they've really improved their paint and lighting inside and the whole place looks brighter and cleaner.
Hadn't been to this Pancho's for several years. Met some friends there today for lunch. Was seated promptly and courteously. The appetizers (Panco's dip and salsa) and chips were as good as I remember. 😋 Service was prompt, food was good, what's not to like? Good job Pancho's! 🥰
We always go when Marcus is at work. We love the service and conversation we share with him. We have never had a bad experience since he has started working there. He definately needs to be employee of the year. The chef/s always make our food perfectly. The hostesses could be a tad bit more friendly but overall we give it a 👍.
First timer last week. Our waitress was great! All I had was a margarita and chips/salsa/cheese dip. I love that you get a bowl of cheese dip with your salsa! My margarita was fantastic. The food did take just a bit to get to the table. Can't wait to go back!
