A few days ago, we contacted the friends of this restaurant to make a reservation for our staff to celebrate our general manager's birthday, and everything went smoothly. We went on a Friday, and we were pleasantly surprised by the musical ambiance provided by DJ Xhino. The drinks are truly original recipes; you must try the Green Tea and the Tornado Margarita. The bartender, Enrique, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The service was precise and timely, thanks to Ary, our waitress. If you have a corporate event, this is the perfect place. 😁💃💃💃, without a doubt.
Exceptional service on a Tuesday evening and consistent with my previous experiences. Xhino greeted me when I entered and was kind, professional and made me feel welcomed and valued. I came in for salsa, and it was great as always. The experience encouraged me to try other things on the menu, so I’ll definitely be back. Great happy hour specials from 2-7 pm Monday-Friday! Come see them!!
Agreeable people for certain astounding dishes. The frozen margaritas at party time are tasty. I was shocked by the greatness of a few of the dishes. The fajitas are great and cooked perfectly. The fajita nachos present a Ton of chips, meat strips and crunchy green peppers and onions. Additionally the mole dishes were very scrumptious.
My new low key spot. Very friendly and quick service. Everything was delicious. My server Claudia was the best. I will be coming here more often. Drinks on point too.
Really good food. I had the fajitas. They were served the standard lava hot. I would have liked maybe a 4th tortilla. The highlight was the chips and salsa. The chips were served hot and crunchy but the salsa. It actually had spicy heat. It had a great consistency and delightfully hot.
They charge an 18% gratuity automatically. I hate this. Just raise you prices 18% and abolish tipping. It is a terrible system for paying people anyway.
A very good restaurant with nice meals and great customer care... I was there with my friends.. The environment is wonderful with nice designs and color combinations..
I'll recommend you try this out, you won't regret your coming..

Every time I go to El Tori Loco the food is excellent!!! Whether I eat in get it to go, I get great service with a smile! Today was no different! Enrique at the Kirby Parkway location took my order with a smile and made sure my to go order was perfect!!! Thank you so much Enrique! I will be back!!!
I’ve been patronizing this location for 15 years! The food was what made me return for the first five of those years! Then I returned because they had been victims of a serious crime and I wanted to support them. Along that time, I met one of their staff, Sulma. She is the most diligent and hard worker i have ever met. She continues to improve herself and I admire her. She is the reason I return nowadays!
Love the festive vibe at El Toro Loco At Kirby Rd! Their tacos are a burst of authentic flavors, and the service is always top-notch. A must-visit for a genuine Mexican experience in Memphis.

What a great place to dine! From Michigan, out on a cruise with Mustang Sally, stopped in for lunch…. The food was fabulous, but our Hostess, Martha, cuz that’s what she is, much more than just a waitress, was so personable and welcoming. Very good service! Thank you so much!

A little taste of something further south; I been to this establishment before some years back and it remains consistent in its service and friendliness of the staff. The server was vested in balancing his time between the large group we had and several other tables. One tiny little diner caught everyone's attention as she cheerfully looked around and baby-talked across the room to us when some at the table drew her attention. She had rose colored chubby cheeks and a beautiful smile. Seeing those doll eyes light up as she peeked around and giggled at the different sounds filtering from our table. It was an enjoyable experience to see her while catching up with old acquaintances. Our server did a great job managing the group, and going from the three other tables as well as making his way between the two areas. The food was good and it's accessible from a major interstate.
