Partner had a craving for enchiladas, so I can only vouch for those but the rest of the stuff in the place looked good too, pretty good selection of soft drinks and pastries

Excellent place and almost never to busy. A very good panaderia serving up many freshly baked classics (conchas, orejas, empanadas, churros) as well as bread pudding, donuts, and many more. A fairly standard menu with some exceptions (like lengua). In the winter they have some of the better tamales in Memphis and champurrado (they are not always on the board so ask). This is the best non-homemade champurrado I've had (it's like Mexican hot chocolate thickened with masa harina (corn meal)). Most of it is on par with the best places in Memphis, and I think the tamales are the best in Memphis.

Food was good, loved the smell of bread as I ate. I had a barbacoa burrito, my friend had fajitas. Both top notch.

I really like this bakery, the quality of the bread is better that other mexican bakeries I've been the selection is great and so fresh, the cakes are awesome too my husband got me one for my birthday this week and it was great (tres leches and cajeta) the only bad thing is that you need to have/pay cash if you are buying less than $10.00 ... seems like is a way to make you spend more money. Only for that...4 stars.

Great refried beans, those alone are worth going here. The place is kind of a dive, a very clean one. I had the barbacoa tacos, and they were tremendous. One of my daughters had a pastor chimichanga, and she said it was excellent. My other daughter had the Caldo de Pollo, and she could not stop talking about how good it was. Their breads are exceptionally tasty, too.

This place is always consistent with friendly wait staff and good food. Don’t fill up on the nachos although they feature 3 salsas to dip in two of which have very nice kicks to them because you want to save room for their baked pastries which are delicious. However if you do fill up take some home to try later. Fajitas are my favorite along with gorditas and tacos. Guacamole is fine and taco salads as well. You want go wrong trying this place out which has been open for several years and a favorite of the Hispanic community.

Food here is good but sometimes there is a lack of consistency on how ita prepped and served. I guess thats normal when its all cooked as the orders come in. Menu is extensive that if your not sure what you want can be overwhelming. There is ample seating which is good. And the wait is usually not the long. Overall a good place to eat.
