Nice little park, great view of the river.
I am very impressed by the fact you can borrow the basketball, putters (for put put golf), badminton, etc that you would want to play at the park.
Restrooms were "very clean" according to my wife. Highly recommend for kids!
Nice spot to just hang out and watch the water
Had the opportunity to tour this project while still under construction. This is going to be an incredible place for the local community! Architecturally beautiful, but the views from the green roof(!) what really make it special.
This beautiful site was the location of my daughters baby shower. Grace, our contact person, was so helpful and made sure that evertything was perfect. The gentleman that let us in that day was also cleaning, he had it very clean and was helpful as well. One of the field agents stopped by and gave us extra trash bags and found a broom that we could use to leave the place as clean as we found it. Hats off to the staff there. We took the 2 hour riverboat tour. What an educational experience. I'd highly recommend this excursion. You'll certainly learn a lot of interesting facts about Memphis and the Mississippi River. The tour guide was so entertaining and made the boat tour fascinating.
The cruise was excellent! We had perfect weather and Sam, the shuttle driver was so nice! I mentioned to him that it was out last day in Memphis and I hadn't seen Humes High School or Lauderdale Courts and he very kindly drove out of the way to both of those places. I really appreciated that!!
The house for the river cruise provided a lot of interesting information about the river and the history of people working on it.
We were here for the free parking and a river boat tour. It's close enough to Beale street to park for free and do a little walking. The riverboat tour was great and very informational about Memphis history. Definitely worth doing if you are visiting Memphis. Our kids enjoyed running up and down the grass hill and stopping at the different outside fitness equipment along the running trail to get some energy out.
The tour guide was very entertaining. My husband and I enjoyed learning the history, however, the boat ride was the best part. It was perfect weather and very relaxing. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.
walked from the area of the fedex forum over to beale street landing..watched the mississippi river as it rolled through its muddy banks. There are numerous places to sit and watch. there are also paddle boats here that give off an immense amount of diesel fumes (stay up wind if possible) very few people were out this day, but it was over cast and misting and very cool outside. i enjoyed the fact that there was noone there being pushy to buy something, eat something or do something...i could just chill out and enjoy.
My twins wanted to visit downtown as part of their birthday weekend and this was the 1st stop!
Nice place to walk and relax. Great views of the river. Just right down from Bass Pro and TN welcome center
Had an amazing time and amazing food. It was a great day out on the river.
The best part of the riverboat cruises is the tour guides. They have a humorous and informative way of telling stories that bring the river's history alive. They serve snacks and drinks. The bottom deck is air-conditioned. The landing itself hosts a souvenir shop that has sunscreen and rain ponchos too.
Nice park. Cool design. Liked the playground and the hill. Beautiful flowers. The river breeze cooled us down despite the heat.
This place was beautiful but it was closed at the time. So not much to say other than the outside scenery was
Perfect place for sunset over Big River
Memphis really has made the most of their river front. We were disappointed by the downtown area's restaurants but i love how locals have access to life along the river and beautiful facilities all over the banks of the Mississippi
