Visited this cookie shop during a trip to Memphis and got an order of their cookies. They were good and soft but a little bit thinner than I like my cookies to be. The service was fast and they were friendly. It was easy to get in and out and wasn't overly crowded. I'd stop back by if I had a sweet tooth.
It was my first time here. I must say I enjoy the delicious cookies I purchased online. They have a deal going online 20 cookies for $20.00 until 10/31. Grab them while they are warm and delicious. I will be back for the ice cream sandwich.
Awesome!!!! That's truly an understatement. The two employees working the front were amazing with great personalities and customer engagement! The cookies were great! We also tried a Brookie at their recommendation, and it was delicious. Wish we had an Insomnia Cookies closer to home
What a way to celebrate on Veterans Day. My husband never heard of them now he hooked on them! I went to bed and the Cookie Monster got me. Wonderfully delicious in your month and the peanut butter one I can not get enough. This would be an excellent addition to any menus anytime for any occasion. Need I say we will definitely add this to date night as a stop we have to make. See ya soon💙

Here’s is the great part.. the vegan cookies taste is no different from the others. Inexpensive desert, great prices with other great establishments to add to the beauty of the University of Memphis. My only disappointment, my teens ate the leftovers while hubby and I was asleep.Definitely ordering more for our Thanksgiving dinner. Happy Customer for life. Formalization below:

My friend has been telling me about this place for awhile now so today was a perfect day to go. Service was fast. Was in and out in about 5 mins. This is a cashless place and the cookies are delicious. I got the deluxe 4 pack for $13.
Great cookies I go here every time I visit Memphis nice to see the same worker there since last yr. Frank is very pleasant gave me the wrong icecream, but he made it right the next time I came in.
