I've been to this wonderful place three times. The food is absolutely awesome. Ive been to countless Asian places, but this is the real deal. You could pick anything off the menu and it would be delicious. I saw the complaints about the wait...but this is really amazing food that is cooked to order and well worth the wait. The best Asian in Memphis hands down.
If I could rate this place 6 stars, I would have done it. The Yukgaejang there is my favorite thing to eat ever. Literally, it's my favorite dish. Ever.
And the staff is awesome!

Absolutely amazing food, great atmosphere, and wonderful staff. I saw where some people gave a shitty review for the wait well people yes you will wait when you are going to a made to order restraunt but it is worth the wait 100xs over because the food is fresh and delicious will continue to come back here for date nights and family meals

This place is in Midtown, Memphis. Nice place to visit with friends and family. I liked the ambience. Food is tasty. Noodles is delicious. Liked the place overall. Must visit if near this place.
The food here is excellent, decent portions, and spicy while not overpowering the flavor of the food. It comes out quickly, too, even when I was competing with a big group for my waitress's attention. Probably would've been a 4 if the waitress had asked me if I wanted a second beer instead of tossing the check on the table without a word.
The staff was friendly, the food (ramen) was to die for, and the atmosphere was great! I am having The Crazy Noodle for lunch again today :) I love this place.
Good food; I always get the lunchbox. All of the soups are good. Nice patio, big mural, and lots of action figures for decorations.
First time and I was not disappointed. I ordered the spicy Korean ramen and love it. My husband did enjoy his Korean noodle dish. We will surely be back.
First time trying this place out. The chicken Noodle soup was Awesome! We already fell in love with Quick Check,which Is next door, and this place did not disappoint.
You will come back. The food was a party in my mouth. The chefs and the servers are so nice. The presentation immediately makes me wanna know what's under the top. Low key & not over crowded. I went 1 week and went back the next to try something different. The ramen and noodle bowls from the regular menu are great. A must eat for all Memphians & visitors who wanna to try Korean fare.
Best noodles ever!. This place is a gem in Memphis. everything that we've had has been great. there are several great vegan and vegetarian options. try the manus and the vegetable jeon. the spicy Ramen is amazing. we have loved every single dish we've tried. the chef will also adjust the spice level according to your tastes. highly recommend this place, you won't be sorry.
Terrific food. Wonderful flavor. Family oriented. And our hostess, Ji had a beautiful spirit as well. We'll definitely be back.

I live this place! The seafo.... I love this place! The seafood noodle soup and the tangerine beer from Lost Coast brewery are absolutely to die for. The curry noodle is not bad either. I can't wait to go back and try the jam bong.
This is Authentic Korea Fare. Having lived in Korea for 5 years, I am always on the look out for good, authentic Korean food. And the various soups and stews that make up much of the Korean diet are especially of interest. So I was excited to see the Crazy Noodle open up in Midtown. I have to say it does NOT disappoint. My family and I have had the Jam-pong, JaJang Myeon, Seafood Noodle Soup, Chap-chae and Juk-gye Jang. All spot on to what you would get in Korea and all delicious. Just keep in mind, this is KOREAN food, not Thai or Vietnamese, so it may not be what you think of when you're thinking of Asian soups and stews. But if you open up your mind and your mouth to something new, you won't be disappointed.
Hit's the spot on a cold night!. Recently visited The Crazy Noodle on a chilly night in this city. The Noodle soups were absolutely delicious. We tried to Beef Noodle Soup and the Yuk-Gae-Jang for dinner; both were awesome. Highly recommend the Yuk-Gae-Jang if you enjoy something a bit spicier. They also have a list of side items that work perfectly as appetizers. Our particular favorite was Kimchi-jean. The Kimchi was not overpowering and the mild chili sauce was perfection. My only word of advice is don't go there if you are looking for a quick dinner. They are making everything to order so it takes a minute.
A must try!! food was so good and great service. Went here on a whim after passing it so many times. Hot and cold noodles delicious savory sauces and great beers.
Crazy Good. We finally checked out The Crazy Noodle last night and it was excellent. My friend ordered the veggie noodle soup and I got the jam-bong. I asked for it extra spicy and they didn't disappoint! The veggie was ok but the jam-bong was fabulous. My only complaint was the size of the shrimp in the bowl compared to the pic in the menu. Regardless, it was outstanding to go along with a decent beer selection. Prompt, friendly service to add to the experience and we will most definitely be returning!
GO EAT THERE!. This place is great. Yes, it is small and it takes a while to get your food but oh, was it worth it. Think i will go eat there again today. I will take pictures this time.
Very good. I had the beef noodle soup and thought it was wonderful. Some have complained about the service; maybe service takes a touch longer than other lunch places, but seemed reasonable to me, especially for a noodle bowl prepared to order. The staff was very friendly. Overall, a really good experience.
Awesome service / food. Went here last night w/ the wife. She had been once before so I knew what I was in for. Our server was so nice and helpful. The food was amazing, I've sampled 3 different dishes and all were very different from each other and really delicious in their own way. They have a full line of Lost Coast beer including one on tap. They are, to my knowledge, the only place in Memphis that offers this delicious beer.
I got the mandou guk to go tonight and it was amazing! So much flavor and I could not get enough of the dumplings! I can't wait to go back and try more off their menu-really hope Crazy Noodle is here to stay, I highly recommend trying it out!
Definitely a plus. Well prepared. It takes awhile but it is not prepared ahead of time. The dishes are flavorful, healthy, and you will take leftovers home. Definitely a plus to the eclectic midtown selection.
I am not sure I understand some of the negative reviews. They are not reflective of my experience. What lured me in was the aromas, what kept me there was the awesome flavor.
Kinda Crazy if you don't like this place.. Some negative reviews are posted for slow service, our service was a bit sluggish but food makes up for any delay, and hey why not spend a few more minutes talking together? Bond people.
I had the Yuk-Gae Jang "Beef, turnip, bean sprouts mushroom, onions, green onions served in a spicy beef broth", it was crazy good! (and no, I won't stop doing that for the duration of this review).
Also tried my gal's Curry Noodle (chicken, potato, carrots, onions, bell peppers cooked in a curry sauce), Jam Bong (squid, shrimp, beef carrot, mushroom, zucchini, cabbage, onions served in a spicy chicken broth).
Everything was so full of flavor and love.
Our server clued us in that menu items labeled "Cold Noodle Dishes" aren't really cold, they are cooked like others but contain some cold ingredients.
Service was helpful and friendly (they sensed our confusion looking at the menu).
Our first time here, definitely not our last time here. Well done you crazy noodle!

Crazy Good!. The depth of flavor cannot be described in a blog! Sat. night I was introduced to true soup! When people around Memphis talk about BBQ... they have a grasp on descriptions that wow outsiders! The Crazy Noodle has stumped my vocabulary. Get of your ass and go!!! Oh.. do yourself a favor and ignore any reviews by dining w/monkeys!

I got a spicy seafood noodle soup. The broth was perfect.
You walk in and the smell hits you. You KNOW it's gonna be good.
The workers were very nice and I liked the laid back atmosphere. The portions are pretty big so my mother and I had left overs that we were able to take out in a plastic tupperware-type container.
Also, she had on the rock station so that was awesome! :D
Jam-Bong is the best soup in Memphis. Ask for extra spicy.

This place is absolutely amazing. The food is awesome,service is great and the owners are the nicest people you will meet on the strip of Madison Ave. Oh, and 2$ drafts are always nice :)
Went here to try Korean cuisine. All of our dishes were served hot, looked appealing, and great portions for the price. My girls had a ball and got to experience something new.
This place has solid tasting food! Some of their ingredients is questionable but also we’re in Memphis so I can’t be too picky on authenticity. The ramen dishes are with instant noodle ramen so if that’s not what you’re looking for, don’t get it. I got the tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) mild with sauce on the side. Mild has literally NO SPICE so feel free to level up if you’re thinking the traditional kind. Also the rice cakes are not the typical ones for this dish but rather the ones usually in a soup. Tasty overall though.
Service was great but food took a while but unsure why. Food took >25 minutes to arrive which I didn’t expect for just 2 dishes. Server was kind and kept saying food would come out soon but it definitely took a bit so don’t expect super fast food if you’re in a rush!
I love it more every time I come here. The mandu ramen or manduguk soups are my favorite. I come here semi often with my husband whenever we can get in. This is my favorite cozy restaurant in midtown. You can never go wrong here.

This is a casual, busy joint for Korean food at Overton square. Overton square already has a tons of hip, and cool diners, and bars. This is another cool and casual spot. We started with some fried mandu/ Korean dumpling. The fried dumplings were absolutely gem. We had the beef one. The dipping sauce was very tasty ( I guess that was soy sauce, mixed with some seasoning/ spices). In the main entree, we had a ramen stir fry with Korean bulgogi, topped with a fried egg, and another chicken ramen soup. Both the dishes were of a good portion size and the food was hot and fresh. They served a sauce/ hit spice mix ( forgot the name) with my chicken ramen soup- that was terrific. I loved the place overall, and I’m already planning to go back. If you plan to stop by, don’t go with a rush. Their service is a bit slow, and the ambience is totally laid back.
I eat here probably way more often than I’d like to admit. These folks are always so kind and food is always fresh. Although I’ve noticed only one person works so sometimes the wait time might be long, but food is always on point!!
The service is slow, never come back to check on us but including service charge on our check. The wait is long. BUT the food makes it up.
Ive came here 2 times, the first time it was just 1 waitress and the service was fast surprisingly, the second time i came it was 2 waiters, and the service was a bit slower, considering it took him 10 min to bring sliced lemons lol, both times i went were in the afternoon, but the food does take very long to be made in both occasions, i assumed sinced its mostly ramen it shouldnt take 30-40 min to cook, but in both cases the food takes too long, ive came to the conclusion that the waiters are not fast because the food takes forever to come out anyways, the restaurant was full of the same exact customers for like 2 hours cause the food was taking so long
This place is really good. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the location is convenient. The portion sizes were very generous! The fried mondu was a tad dry, but the dipping sauce was fantastic!
Attached to a convenience store so look very closely and sits at the corner. The is Very delicious. Very quick service. Only one bathroom but is surprisingly very clean nice water pressure. The Arnold palmer/VIP is very light not really sweet. I ordered the kimichi ramen mildly spicy and my friend ordered the seafood ramen. We will be here again. The triangle dish was the appetizer called the Seu-Jon is an egg pancake with fish in it the dish was really good.
We have been searching for a good Korean restaurant and found this place and we are so glad we did! Immediately walking in we were greeted and seated. Our server was very nice and took our drink order promptly. We ordered fried beef dumplings and they were a hit! The seafood ramen was not too fishy and it was very delicious! So was the chicken ramen and the lunch box. I definitely recommend this place for some good ramen in Memphis!
OMG, this was soo good! 😊First time and not my last. Needed somewhere to go for my birthday lunch and found this place. Nice, little cozy restaurant. Food was very flavorful and extremely delicious 😋 The staff was nice. I’ve been telling all my coworkers and family about it. I’m ready to come back!
Look! Best damn ramen ever tasted. Better than robata for sure! Yes they are usually slow and short staffed, but the food is well worth the wait
Not sure what the people ordered who said it lacked flavor, but I have eaten here over 5x and it's always spicy and full of flavor.
You have to try the cheesy ramen it is delicious and the staff are unbelievably nice. 10/10 i am recommending this place to strangers on the street. Plus it's super affordable 😍
I came only for one thing, Jjajangmyeon, and it was incredible. I couldn’t care about the look of the place, the wait was reasonable, but when a Coke comes in a bottle you know damn well you’re about to eat good. Absolutely coming back.
