Milton at KnightArnold/Mendenhall location provided OUTSTANDING customer service. This isnt often said regarding drive thru orders, but he was just that attractive, thorough, and pleasant that it had to be acknowledged. And my Mexican Pizza was great too

I went through the drive thru order my food, and I must say the young lady at window was very pleasant. I order a grilled cheese burrito no rice no strips and 2 sides of spicy ranch. Mr.Milton made my food and it was awesome!!!! Fresh and hot and you can tell it was made from love !!! It didn't take long at all. Keep up the good work!!!
I was so pleased with this particular visit that I had to leave a review. Usually when I order at this location, the food is just"ok". Little to no lettuce in the stuffing, the meat is luke warm and the wrapping is pathetic. This time I was very surprised. The young lady working the drive thru was very prompt and thorough. Great attitude and she multitasks really well, quite effortlessly in fact. My tacos were stuffed properly and the wrapping was perfect. If I had to pick out 1 wrong thing, it would be the meat. It was still kind of Luke warm but that could be an issue with the heating on the steam line. Other than that, this was a perfect visit. Thanks to the employees that are at work today. You obviously take pride in your work and I can appreciate that being a fellow restaurant employee. Y'all DID WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, Yassssssssssss
Normally really good and fresh. Order is accurate 9 out of 10 times. Customer service isn't always the best when order is taken but when the other person that brings your food is always short nice and friendly!

One of the best Taco Bellās I have been to in a long time. The employees working in back were fast and worked well as a team. The manager was so nice and ran a tight ship! Great to see people working so well together and communicating! Thank you all for doing a great job!

There are not too many fast food places that I patronize. This is one. The other two are chicken places and one is closed about 15% of the time. I really do like food here. The food has got to be healthy. They serve tons of things on White Flour Tortillas. They're good. Right? I never use the drive-through because they never give me enough of the fire sauce. Is anybody else old enough to remember when tacos were $0.19. Probably not. I suspect I might be the only Survivor. Can I see people eating at the Golden Starches and shake my head and wonder why in the world that they would go to a place like that. I wonder if they think the same thing about me when they see me at Taco Bell sucking down a packet of Fire Sauce?
Iāll start by saying this is more of a review of one worker in particular and not Taco Bell as a whole. That being said the food is good
There is a worker whom Iāve seen during lunch hour with a thick northern accent. Heās upbeat, positive, and very helpful.
His thick accent yelling out the window āya want some sauuuceā absolutely brightens up my day.
Heās awesome and deserves some type of Employee of the month award at minimum if there is such a things.
