Quick, correct,and polite service. I went on a Sunday afternoon. Looking at the other reviews.akes me think I was lucky. Or maybe they need better management during busy times.
This is the superior Wendy's in town. They always hook it up for some reason, I think they really just care more about the food tasting good at this particular one. Also the one big lady who works here is really sweet.
I enjoy my Sandwich that I get every time I go to windies. You're my Frie and I get the number. Wendy's has the best ice cream frosty. I'm sorry, they have the best service. And they do their job equally in the way that you order it. Sometimes I get onions even though I ask for no onions but I just take them off and enjoy the rest of the Burger. I do like the fact that the one on popular is a very good restaurant. And I enjoy going there every time that we go out to lunch so
Was in during the 3 pm hour on a Saturday. I entered, and had to wait to order due to no counter person being there.
While I waited, I noticed that there was a .99 cookie special, when coupled with a combo. The oatmeal bars were listed $1.49.
I ordered a 3 combo, and added an oatmeal bar, which mysteriously went from $1.49 to $1.69 WITH the combo.
Normally receive excellent service, except for today.
I want to say thank you again to the sweet lady that paid for my food today because my Apple Pay wouldn’t work. I was leaving and she said no I’m gonna pay for it. May god continue to give you all the things your heart desire and more🥰 only reason I’m giving 4 stars because it wasn’t fresh today but usually it is at lunch time. Place is always clean tho
Wonderful customer service 9/30/2023 afternoon. The packaging at all locations need to be modified. A greasy bag. I will be steering clear of all Memphis locations from here out. The employees here are exceptional.

I ate in today. I do recomended that when possible. They have a very busy drive through. The food was excellent and fresh and just better when took time to enjoy by dining in.
Good food, service was okay. I could tell they were busy. One of the employees tried to hit on me as I was waiting for my food to come out.
Chicken sandwich, great but why does the coke not taste like coke. It tastes like a mixture of whatever they served before, not that great cause I just wanted a coke.
The service was quick, and the food was great .I got two orders of Biggie Meals. We just were missing condiments. Oh, the cup sizes are small, so maybe upside the cup.
