Update 11.6.22: Man, the quality and service went down. They're still really nice there. Check your bag before you leave the lot, because you're definitely missing something if you didn't order just a meal. Your cookies are burned, fries done in dirty grease, and nuggets are somehow burnt and under done. Sadness.
My lifemate and I went through the drive thru around 7:15pm tonight. The line was sooo long, and I thought it looked impossible. But it went by pretty quickly for it being the dinner rush. I got the Classic Big Bacon Chicken Sandwich, he got the Spicey Asiago Ranch Club. Oh man, it was so good! That sandwich was a hot, tasty mess. The fries were extra good. They were out of diet Coke. Pro's and Cons of going during the dinner rush. He ate all of his too fast for me to take a pic. I could only manage half, but hey! That's lunch for tomorrow.
I'm including pictures of my food, and Al the Begging Cat. Al doesn't really want to eat the foods, just smell it. He always runs off afterwards. Big weird handsome cat.
Best service I've ever had at that particular Wendy's. The manager was doing interviews and still managed to provide excellent service.
Great location. Staff were kind and friendly when I came in with my son today. Clean restaurant and good food.
Long wait time! Drive thru person is more concerned with cheating the customer timer than satisfying the customer.

Drive thru service was fair, but to wait on my order longer than O should have, since it was only a 4for4. My fries were hot, but my burger was warm not hot cause the cheese had mot melted.
I visit this location often. Day shift is usually awesome. There's an older guy who's a manager who keeps the line moving fast and he's always friendly. Evenings get a little wonky with some details wrong on your order and a slower line. Late night can be the same and you might hear "we're out of that" more often than you'd like. Food quality is good but service drops off as it gets later.
Excellent customer service at zip 38133 location in front of movie theater. I always go to that one. Food is always fresh and workers are friendly.

The fish sandwich was pretty good I rather enjoyed it. The service was decent I will say it was better than certain McDonald's locations that are nearby. The only disappointment was the fries. I could've sworn they changed them years ago but the fries I had tasted like some bag was leftover from 1999
