The hit chocolate was just ok. Nothing I couldn't do at home, better.
The staff are always very courteous and friendly. When my son was in the hospital there for 43 days they were my go to coffee shop.

I visited the Starbucks inside of Baptist East on Walnut Grove. I purchased the banana bread and it was very fresh, I must say.
I gave this particular Starbucks four stars because the ladies there did not actually ask me what I wanted nor did they greet me upon entering. I did notice them greet others though. I also noticed when I did get into the line and asked about the bread she told me it wasn't my turn but the guy who wasn't even in front of the counter told me he would be there for a long time and that I could go on ahead and he was very friendly about it. The worker still decided help him instead and I thanked him anyway. I would say she was friendly to him. Even though in front of the counter where the bread was they did not ask me what I wanted until I got in front of the cash register. Again, once I was there this one particular worker became friendly and assisted me and also thanked me after I purchased it. A little weird and fake but yeah, overall I'm ok with it.
Awesome coffee and great customer service. It is Starbucks afterfall but since I've been to some that aren't great before I will leave a review saying that this one was perfect in my opinion. They quickly made my coffee, they had plenty of other stuff to check out and purchase if interested. They actually were so kind that I went in there to just check prices and ended up buying a coffee and also a nitro coffee and canned latte and double shot espresso. Also I got them to go ahead and prepare and make a coffee for my aunt so she could just arrive and pick it up.
This is a good Starbucks. most Starbucks in secondary locations such as this one being in the hospital lobby or others that I visited in targets and Banks really aren't as good as the standalone Starbucks but this one is an exception. the service was actually faster than that in most standalone Starbucks the product was very good the baristas were good and the assortment of pastries and alike were similar to that and a standalone Starbucks I was surprised to get this level of service from a Starbucks in the hospital lobby
This location is within Baptist Hospital Memphis. I don't drink coffee and have only been inside the store a handful of times. The store is clean and maintained. That's a must considering many staff and visitors frequent the place. As with all Starbucks, it's a bit pricey.
This Starbucks is located inside Baptist East Hospital on Walnut Grove in Memphis. For the weary family or friend of a patient, it's the perfect place for a pick-me-up and maybe a brownie or scone. I was in there numerous times during my sister's recent 2 back surgeries, and no matter how busy the place was, the ladies working the counter were very fast and efficient, not to mention friendly.
The cashier is very friendly. She knows hers regular customers by name. My mother was in hospital for 2 weeks, she made me smile every morning . Love her, β€β€β€β€

Server name was Collette, I remembered because she has a beautiful smile and si helpful with my ordering. Nice experience with Collettee nxt time I'm near hospital will go to Starbucks and look for Collettee .. grand employee.
I went to this location when wife was in the hospital but do not consider a public Starbucks unless you choose to park, walk 15 minutes, and get coffee only to do the latter. This Starbucks are for people that have families in the hospital, and predominantly for Doctors and staff.
Had never been to a Starbucks and dont drink coffee but the hot chocolate was great but very expensive. It was in the hospital where we were for 22 days so it was a nice place to be!

I went to the one in Chicago, Illinois a couple of doors down from the Hotel from where I stayed it was very nice and small but quiet and professional π I ordered and received in a matter of minutes so it was quick....Thank youβΊοΈ
