Grabbed some pizzas and such garlic wings for the Memphis basketball game tonight m pickup was surprisingly fast for a Friday night. Got my order in about 15 minutes. Pizza is good but the wings are amazing. Best to call in and pickup, delivery is a little behind on weekends
The Big New Yorker pizza was delicious. I totally enjoyed it. My 2nd pie was the stuffed crust pizza. Again, Outstandingly Delicious.
Now maybe I'm a little out of touch with pizza prices of late, but 2 Pizzas for almost $40 bucks..... WOW !

Awesome experience at this location!!! First, I want to say don’t let the exterior deter you or turn you off (I almost didn’t go inside), because it is on the corner of a busy intersection and packed plaza. When you step inside the doors it is newly remodeled, very clean, and superb service! Shequila took my order and was pleasant from greeting me to me walking out of the door. The pizza was piping hot!!! Great job Shequila & team!!!

This location is always on time. And the management staff is always polite. I did receive a burned order lastnight but that's my fault because I should have looked before I walked out. But knowing I have made other orders from them with no issue I will definitely return.
The customer service can be better. The clerk made me feel as if I was disturbing him. Smh. I was given food without a simple "hi" or "hello"....just a "what's the name on your order" "here".
I had a pleasant experience placing an order online. The 1st order was wrong and PH team could cancel it on time, they were courteous and attentive, so I could make place a new order. Only issue was delivery, was s little delayed, but everything was right as I ordered it and was also courteous. I will order from this PH store again.

This pizza hut building is very small in the inside. Small where No more then 3 customers at a time. They are very quick in getting your order ready and getting you out on your way. I recommend this pizza hut but just be sure to call in your order or order online so that way you won't be cramp up in such a small place to long
I don't care where you live this location is worthy of the drive I swear these wonderful people never disappointed me not once!!!!! Taste like my childhood deep dish pan from the 90's!!!! Only location that hits different!😍
I've never had a bad experience at the location on Shelby Drive. Whether I'm picking up or having it delivered, it's always good and hot! Love my Pizza Hut!❤️
Fast service, but they cha nge the cheese on the crust edge now it dors not tasye good! :-(
I’m a truck driver out in the middle of nowhere. Very friendly staff to my order, and tried to save me as much money as they could. I was informed my order would take approximately 30 min. right on time. Food was hot and made well. Thank you.
